Track 1: Springwood/Dream world (Nightmare on Elm Street
Song: Freddy's theme

The track takes place in Springwood, but here's a twist! This takes places in dream version of Springwood and Freddy wants to make the race more deadly than ever.
You start in Springwood from Elm Street, but as you race, the place changes into nightmare (no pun intended) and the giant freddy starts to stab on the race track, attempting to "kill" the racers.

The race track has shape of Freddy's head - including the hat.

(I wonder who is dreaming about the race from DriDim, huh? Maybe it's Brrrmwasher taking a nap after being defeated by player...)


Track 2: Camp Crystal lake (Friday the 13th)
Song: Friday the 13th Theme

This track takes place in none other than Camp Crystal Lake! This time, players race through the camp and in half of the race track, as they race underwater like in Mario Kart games.

Watch out! The Jason's coming and you have to watch out for his attacks or you end up being dead on track. He can't be defeated, but he can be avoided or attacked by items.
The track has a shape of Jason's mask.

(Keep that in mind that there is no blood or corpses in background due to E10+ rating)

Horror franchise: Silent Hill
Silent Hill is a huge franchise but it might be veering slightly into the tonally weird zone, even for us, to have like pyramid head on da simpsons couch or something but I think a track only franchise would work. (Didn’t see the above one while typing this but it’s still technically a seperate theme so I think it still applies.

Track: Silent Hill (Song: Theme of Laura)

You drive through locales of the town, based around its appearence in the initial trilogy. Monsters sometimes appear but don’t attack.

Otherworld (Song: Otherworld Mall Ambience)

Probably the one we’d have to censor way more, this track is also an amalgamation of the trilogy’s decpictions of Otherworld which you race through.

Spooky Franchise: Midway Arcade
Despite being the obvious pick for a "spooky" franchise, I'm not including Mortal Kombat or any of Midway's major franchises, but rather focusing on smaller ones I can't really see holding up a season all on their lonesome.

The two tracks are...

Rampage (Main Theme - Rampage 2: Universal Tour)

Takes place in the city, where the game's three monsters are wreaking havoc. Debris and thrown wreckage serve as track hazards.

Rickety Town (CarnEvil) (Big Bunyan Ride)

Takes place on a rollercoaster surrounding the park. While there are a few ramps and broken track pieces here and there, there aren't any major shortcuts or alternate paths, meaning the track is bound to get chaotic sooner rather than later.

(I guess you can consider both of these tracks "spooky" in a way, but this is the explicitly spooky one.)

Rick and Morty is a science-fiction comedy animated series made by Justin Roiland for [Adult Swim] (which is a programming block for Cartoon Network that airs at night) and it's about Rick, an eccentric scientist who goes on interdimensional adventures with his grandson, Morty.
The season has currently 6 seasons, couple of comic issues, video games and other stuff.

The show was a big success due to it's animation, humor, plot and even characterization. Plus it was a huge breakthrough hit and it became a pop culture phenomenon in 2010's.
Also the franchise isn't afraid of crossovers since the characters appeared in Fortnite, Magic the Gathering or even in Multiversus.

Rick and Morty is a science-fiction comedy animated series made by Justin Roiland for [Adult Swim] (which is a programming block for Cartoon Network that airs at night) and it's about Rick, an eccentric scientist who goes on interdimensional adventures with his grandson, Morty.
The season has currently 6 seasons, couple of comic issues, video games and other stuff.

The show was a big success due to it's animation, humor, plot and even characterization. Plus it was a huge breakthrough hit and it became a pop culture phenomenon in 2010's.
Also the franchise isn't afraid of crossovers since the characters appeared in Fortnite, Magic the Gathering or even in Multiversus.

Probably one of my favorite adult cartoon franchises, despite being stop-motion. I was always a fan of their parodies so why not pay homage to them in this game here? Most adult jokes will be cut out though. It would be kind of cool if we did some sort of side job where we wrote out a script for a Robot Chicken parody where the show parodied DriDim to promote them joining the game of Robot Chicken joins.
