Jellyfish Fields
Drive through the fields themselves, as Jellyfish swim through the stage. There's clifs and cavws to go through, and at a certain point the King Jellyfish will go past.
Track - Stadium Rave

Goo Lagoon
Drive through the beach, full of sand and fish people under umbrellas. There are pools of goo that drivers can get stuck in.

Track 1: Squidward's Tiki Land (Kelpy G's Smooth Jazz)

Honestly, I just want an excuse to use Kelpy G.

Track 2: Krusty Krab (The Rake Hornpipe / Oyster Girls)

This track would shrink fighters down as they race through the resturant. The race would start with racers driving through the resturant's doors, then into Mr. Krabs' office, then into a vent which leads to the freezer from Truth or Square. Another vent leads them into the back of the Krusty Krab (complete with the "Krabs Is A 🐬🐬🐬" dumpster), and then back to the front for the next lap.

Conch Street
One of those tracks were it doesn't have laps and is just one big stretch of track. The first lap is in Spobgebob's house, second in Squidward's and third in Patrick's.
