- Grizzly Bear and Funky Monkey
- Series: Alex Kidd
- First Appearance: Alex Kidd in Miracle World
- System Debut: Master System
These two animals are a pair of bandits that attack anyone who should come into the Blackwoods. Funky Monkey will pretend to cry to lure sympathetic victims in and then Grizzly Bear will use his intimidating frame and giant sword to threaten them into giving up their valuables or perish. If the victim refuses, Funky will hide in a tree pelting them with coconuts whilst Grizzly will attack them with his sword. Defeating Grizzly will cause Funky to also be defeated.
- Queen Tahnya
- Series: Alex Kidd
- First Appearance: Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle
- System Debut: Mega Drive
The royal ruler of the pyramids and desert areas of Planet Paper-Rock, she challenges Alex Kidd to a life or death game of janken-as is the tradition on Planet Paper-Rock. A sore loser, if Alex Kidd wins, she'll beg for a rematch stating she wasn't ready. Alex can either choose to accept the rematch and risk his life once more, or decline at which point he automatically wins.
- Radaxian Royal Soldiers
- Series: Alex Kidd
- First Appearance: Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX
- System Debut: Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC
When Egle is kidnapped during Janken's invasion, this quartet of soldiers are sent to find and save him and the rest of the royal army by Queen Patricia. Whilst the Captain manages to find Egle's treasured magic hammer, and the lantern holding one goes to search the dungeons located at the top of the castle, the larger soldier is more interested in playing his video games than finding the missing prince and the soldier with the long helmet is terrified of fighting Gooseka to help.
- Resurin, Skappa and Yashin
- Series: Alex Kidd
- First Appearance: Alex Kidd BMX Trial
- System Debut: Master System
These three BMX riders are Alex Kidd's rivals in BMX trial. They will attempt to knock Alex off his bike. Reurin, the leopard headed one will attempt to punch Alex off at all chances. Skappa the Kappa struggles in the ground sections but becomes a very dangerous opponent on the water courses jumping out the lake as an obstacle instead of racing and Yashin the horse faced one will attempt to slide his bike into Alex's to take him out.
- Sukopako Motorcycle
- Series: Alex Kidd
- First Appearance: Alex Kidd in Miracle World
- System Debut: Master System
Alex Kidd's trusty motorcycle, the Sukopako Motorcycle can easily defeat enemies and breakable blocks by riding into them, although it is fragile and will be destroyed upon touching an unbreakable red block. Alex has used this in Miracle World, Enchanted Castle and to race against his fellow Sega stars in Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing. In Project x Zone 2 when Ulala performs 'Let's Do This!' Alex will ride the Sukopako Motorcycle into her opponent, although it'll break on impact.
- Pedicoptor
- Series: Alex Kidd
- First Appearance: Alex Kidd in Miracle World
- System Debut: Master System
A pedal powered one man helicoptor, the Pedicoptor allows Alex Kidd to fly through the sky...providing he can keep pedelling! If Alex stops pedelling he'll begin to descend. Due to the amount of airborne enemies, the vehicle has been equipped with a powerful projectile to shoot enemies out of the sky. The Pedicoptor was Alex Kidd's All-Star move in Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing where he'd shoot out homing missiles on the other racers for a brief period.
- Tentacles
- Series: Alex Kidd
- First Appearance: Alex Kidd in Miracle World
- System Debut: Master System
Large red octopi creatures that reside inside pots. They have destructable tentacles which Alex can break by punching bit by bit. Rumour has it that one of the Tentacles in Lake Fathom is guarding a huge stack of treasure inside it's pot. Turn Tentacles into Takoyaki and get those Baums!
- Kaerun
- Series: Alex Kidd
- First Appearance: Alex Kidd in Miracle World
- System Debut: Master System
Frog like enemies that leap up at Alex Kidd. They are usually stationary but leap up at intervals to try and get Alex Kidd if he tries leaping over. They are however, no match for the Sukopako Motorcycle nor Alex's Power Bracelet. Sick of a life of being a fodder frog, it seems the Kaerun have trained themselves to increase their jumping speed and spit projectiles, returning in My Hero to ruin Steve's life(alongside everything else in that game).
- Fishman
- Series: Alex Kidd
- First Appearance: Alex Kidd in Miracle World
- System Debut: Master System
Large half fish, half man like creatures who shoot powerful streams of bubbles at any who near them. After defeating Janken the Great, Alex's final opponent in Miracle World is technically a Fishman who guards Lake Cragg where the golden crown is kept. Defeating him and performing the puzzle correctly according to King High Stone's Hirotta Stone will allow Alex to obtain the crown and reverse the petrification curse on the people of Radaxian.
- Heitaikun
- Series: Alex Kidd
- First Appearance: Alex Kidd in Enchanted Castle
- System Debut: Mega Drive
Toy soldiers who guard Ashra's Sky Castle, Heitaikun travel in packs and will occasionally stop dead in their tracks and turn around, messing with Alex Kidd's sense of rhythm. After Alex defeats Ashra, Heitaikun are sent to deliver news to Egle, Queen Patricia and Princess Lora about Alex locating the missing King Thunder and how he was living on Planet Paper-Rock. Despite initially being enemies, the Heitaikun's deliverance of this news lead to peace between Aries and Paper-Rock.
