True. Before this descends into 100-page-an-hour pixel analyzing, a reminder that:

• This is a Smash community;
• There is a Smash game coming out only three years after development ended on the last one;
• This game has involved input from the fans in numerous ways;
• The game allows Mega Man, Mario, Pac-Man, Ryu, Cloud, Sonic, Simon, and Snake to have a Pokemon battle in an Animal Crossing village that morphs into Dracula's castle;
• This will likely never happen again;
• The game has Ridley, King K. Rool, and – count-em – two Belmonts;
• A reveal trailer from the most prestigious company in the medium contained multiple ****post-y Ridley memes; and
• Sakurai and his team treat this game as a depository for passion toward the medium and a desire to give to the fans, working until they are tired and/or sick and/or injured.

I hope we get a Direct soon. Not only to settle if the Grinch Leak is true or not but I just want some brand spanking new info. The wait for this is getting harder.

And I want the Direct to happen so that I can finally update my sig. Only thing I did is remove Isabelle after her confirmation.

Don't believe rumors saying a Direct will be on the 8th, that's when the Grinch movie comes out, that's the joke, you absolute dumdums.

The best part is that it is very possible for a Nintendo Direct to happen on the 8th in a context completely unrelated to the Grinch (it's a Thursday, Nintendo seems to prefer scheduling their Directs for Tuesday - Thursday).

I'm pretty sure the prediction of the Direct coming out on the 1st/8th of November actually predates the Grinch Leak anyway (unless I'm Mandela Effecting myself).

What do you expect from the Leftist HQ? Don't care anyways, you have to walk on eggshells there with everything you say, Even the ''F-Word'' is cutting it close with them

Tabletop mode refers to using the kickstand while in handheld mode.

Well, if you talk about MGS2, then yes, Raiden plays exactly the same.

But if you talk about MG Rising Revengeance, then not, he plays different 'cause now is a Cyborg Ninja.

Ah right, I've wanted to say some things for a while now so it's good to leave it on record:

• Papagenos is not a credible source. If you don't believe insiders for whatever reason, you shouldn't believe him either. That new Banjo theory is stupid too and not how game development works at all.

While fair, I think the problem is that Papagenos is polite about it and the others aren't.

Tabletop mode is Nintendo's fancy name for playing the Switch undocked with an unattached controller (i.e. not the JoyCons connected to the system).

It's dumb.
