I really can't feel comfortable with either Shulk or Richter even though I know how to play them and like to do so. It always feels like I'm not in full control.
On the other hand, Ganondorf, Ridley and Incineroar are basically becoming my best characters. I'm glad Ridley clicks with me so perfectly(though I kinda wish he didn't have a stall-and-fall DAir) but I really did not expect to like Incineroar so much. Still have to get my timing of Revenge right as I'm too used with other counters that take considerably more time to come out.
Other than them, I tried Ike a little and I like how he is now. Helps I prefer his PoR design.
Wolf is fun but too slow for little reward imo.
Pichu is stupidly fun but good god, I'm too used with my characters having, you know, actual reach so I keep throwing out attacks that just whiff.
Pkmn Trainer is fun because I can just play Ivysaur for the entire match and then switch to Charizard for a surprise Flare Blitz and people just keep falling for it.
Still too many characters I want to play.
Ahh I understand. He’s different I would suggest utilizing his super armor gimmick. Don’t worry about neutral special. Instead use the crown as the spacing option as it is faster and has a boomerang affect. Take use of his buries to as it always leads to an up tilt which kills at a high percent. Who are more of your character types? Also he has to have one of the best down smashes on the game. Powerful, super armor and can be spammed against lower end players
As I learned from fighting K.Rool just recently, Crowmerang and then Blunderbuss is a good combination as it covers a lot of horizontal space, which forces aerial approaches.
Ridley, Bowser and Ike are my favourite heavies.
Actually I feel Ridley is better than people let on, his disadvantage state is ****ing awful, yes, but his advantage state is ****ing great. Don't know about his neutral though but if you win neutral you should be good
Ridley's Fireballs are ****ing stupid as an edgeguarding tool as they cover all ledge get up options when fired at the right time. The only characters I believe can consistently deal with it are those with lasting reflectors such as Fox, Wolf or the Pits.
