What are you talking about? Aside from the occasional "GOOD MORNING /v/" posts, there's always threads either talking about missing Spirits as DLC, and "leaks" containing Banjo and/or Geno, or some other dated deconfirmed character.

I guess what’s really happened was LaxChris stopped making videos about them. I mean. 4 Chan is dangerous. Of course I’m not gonna go looking around there myself. (I don’t watch his videos. They just come up first when you google Smash Ultimate Leak)

My true pick for a second Punch Out Rep is King Hippo (I really think he’s the only one that plays different enough to justify it). But Tyson is one of those pipe dream characters for me along with James Bond and Doraemon. I think they’d be really cool. But they’re never gonna happen. Oh. And Deadpool.

Mike Tyson would be amazing. My dream second Punch Out rep would be Doc Louis, but in terms of pure pipe dream media characters it's Bond, Scrooge McDuck, and then Tyson way under them.

started my 4th persona 5 playthrough just to kill time and I beat it in like 3 days

Remember when every day there was a new fake character leak on 4 Chan or something. You knew they weren’t real but they were still really fun. There was just some magic about it that reminded you of the endless possibilities. Now they’re kind of gone. And i’m Sad.

I love that stuff honestly.

I know a lot of people get really annoyed by it, and sometimes I do too and all the fakes of course obscure the truth which is unfortunate. but I love the speculation season before a smash game, thinking about the possibilities of what we might get, and trying to weigh the pros and cons for supposed "leaks" to see if any could actually be true. I really honestly enjoy the hell out of all that.

But actually, I also never really got into Person (love SMT though) but Persona 5 is just so addicting. Great characters, really fun combat, Makoto, and that song

Honestly everything I didn't like about it was nitpicky at best. Even if I did find flaws, I would still play the game from morning to night.
No other game has really had a grip on me like that. I've never had any other video game feel too short after a 100 hour playthrough.

I'd love to see a anime based on this latest version.

I mean....Splatoon version 4 trailer looked 'anime-ish' (Yes, I know it's not anime. Peoples were saying 'anime anime anime' implying it looked anime-ish, due to how the trailer continued), so it at least shows that Nintendo is interested in making things look anime-ish.

We've already seen a anime that's in part Smash, and it has to do with Palutena.

Now only if this was a reality...
