The fact that they chose their fighting game roster based on who's alive and who isn't in the story was already stupid. People don't care if they're playing as someone who died in the story. They're playing as them because they like playing as them.

Honestly saw a lot of complaining about Joker being dead and playable early on on gamefaqs.

The only part of the list that surprised me when I saw it was the new dude from the new Dragon Quest game, cause I felt as if it was purely ''Why even waste your time putting that on the list Square? No one is going to believe that ****."

I mean. They’ve been promising that the game would come to Switch sense is was still the NX. It makes a bit of sense.

Sylux unlike other possible promotion reps, is already an existing character. He was in Metroid Prime Hunters way back on the DS and has been hinted to return in Federation Force and Prime 3.

So with all the DLC fighters that we may be getting, what if every choice was a WTF character?

PP was the opening one and it gets weirder and weirder with each new reveal

DLC 1: Hoopa (Pokemon X/Y)

DlC 2 : a copy of Kirby's Dream Land 2

DLC 3: Incineroar 2(Another Incineroar with a completely unique moveset from the first one)

DLC 4: Thomas Jefferson, 3rd US President

DLC 5: Bandana Dee (It got to the point where the most suprising character is one that makes sence)

Watchmen is barely a superhero comic, honestly. It's more of a tragedy with a superhero theme wrapped around it. That's why I think Rorschach is an overrated choice for Injustice, despite me liking him as a character.

Problem is, they killed off a lot of the characters in the first game, and didn't bring them back to use in modes outside of the Story.

I don't think all the characters were decided at the same time. I think some might've been decided early on and some recently as Sakurai's tweet said.

This might also make sense with missing Spirits. If Sylux and Porky really are characters, for example, they could've been decided before they were made Spirits, and thus weren't made Spirits. Others may have been decided after they were already Spirits.

But Dragon Quest is huge, especially in Japan. It kinda makes sense to put Square Enix's second biggest series in Smash after their first biggest series. And Dragon Quest 11 is the newest one in the series, so he makes a lot of sense

Nah.

I chalk that up to like putting in Lightning in Smash over Cloud. Sure at the time she was the most recent hero of the franchise, but she was not a particularly known or even liked face.

Y'know, after just listening to some Super Paper Mario music...

I didn't care too much about getting Paper Mario in Smash before despite loving SPM (I still have yet to finish TTYD and 64; technically I also had Sticker Star but I think I lost it along with some other DS/3DS games), I guess because we already have Mario, but that music...

I need that music, especially Memory + Bounding Through Time; or, heh, all of it.

What I don't understand is why I didn't already feel like saying this when I even made a sort-of Memory remix...
