Almost one month has passed since release. In retrospect....

  • This is by far the best Smash ever. Like, I don't even know how they will top this.

  • Pretty freakin' good; I have a few qualms over things like internet play, balancing issues, etc.

  • It's ok, but [insert Smash game here] is better.

  • I'd rather play Parcheesi.

We don't know how much of the music is actually used in game.

It could be music that's here just because it got ported over.

This is strange...

I remember Sakurai saying he would show off WoL gameplay, and today at this point would be the only day. He should show up, based on that.

The thing about the Home-Run Contest music in particular, compared to most of the music tracks from other cut modes, is that it doesn't loop, so they can't just add it to other stages or menus as that doesn't make any sense; there'd only be 10 seconds of music and then dead silence.

It could definitely just remain unused, or maybe exist only in the sound test, but yeah.

I understand that you have your kinks, but please keep that kind of stuff to yourself.

Anyways,
the lack of new Tropical Freeze music
might mean good things for Dixie Kong's chances. Or maybe not. I think she would be a great choice for a newcomer though. Although if she doesn't get in, I won't be upset.

I'm seriously pissed that Ike doesn't have his own theme when goddamn Corrin and the FEA trio duo do. Like come on, he's had 2 games where he's the protag.

And I don't even like Roy, but his own game has a BUILT IN VICTORY THEME.
IT'S CALLED "WINNING ROAD" COME ON.

I’m glad to hear that the Id Purpose remix is more distinct than people thought it was going to be.

It’s interesting that they decided to include the second part. I figured they’d omit it.

Smash 4 had Trophy Rush and a shop, so I don't know if that would matter. Not that I think Trophy Rush or Coin Launcher are returning

That playtester guy who leaked Ken/Incineroar only and Pirahna plant nearly finished like a month ago (that nobody believed) also said Day 1 patch modes were coming. This could possibly be it.
