I've compared it to Ultimate, but I don't **** on it.
I was under the impression that classic Sonic fans and new age Sonic fans didn't really hang out on the same parts of the internet.
Lol, it's okay. I'm the same way. Smash 3DS is my most favorite. XD
Brawl will always be the Smash game with the most characters and absolutely no quality control.
It's getting somewhat better. Sonic Mania and some of Sonic Forces are reverting back to a more Modern Classic Sonic appeal, and before that we had the Advance and Rush series.
I figure Project M would have given Brawl a longer shelve life if they'd been able to include Knuckles, Lyn, Isaac, etc.
The best thing about Brawl to me is still the accessibility to modding. Like seriously, how come Smash 4 didn't have this? You obviously had graphical mods to make characters look funnier but that isn't on the same level as making a whole new moveset for different characters.
I love going back to Brawl with friends because I ****ing loved Zero Suit Samus.
Technically they all are in an "official" Smash game, just not playable.
I'm pretty sure I've watched the trailer for WoL 10 or more times now, lol.
If that mode has text-bubbles, then I do wish for it to have something like FE's Support conversations.
Shockingly, Reggie is hyping up and promoting a game.
I mean, it does have story in the sense that there's an antagonist, and all the heroes have to work to stop it, but Sakurai said that there won't be any additional cutscenes or anything besides the one the showed off.
I'm still a little iffy on the spirits themselves, i'll have to mess around with them before I know how I really feel. But Spirit Battles look fun and i'm 100% sold on World of Light.
I just can't get through it for the motion controls. I didn't ask for this.

Not getting an HD/Online Smash Run in Ultimate is the only mode I'm really miffed about not returning, it was a great opportunity for replayable single-player content and having wouldn't-get-into-Smash-anyway enemies to fight for fanservice (better than Brawl's OC enemies for Subspace).
At this point, I'm hoping more for character interactions and/or cutscenes than an actual story.

I've listened to it's theme song in Japanese like more than 20 times. XDDD
Skyward Sword is still generally regarded as the worst 3D Zelda, but there seem to be a lot more people coming out and praising certain aspects of it (like dungeons) which they felt that Breath of the Wild fell short in.
