Falco apparently looks better, idk about Fox. He was really good in Sm4sh because of his pivot tilts but idk how effective that will be now. Frame data is still good though

Today was a big day for me, as I got a chance to get my hands on Ultimate for the very first time. I just moved out to Western Wisconsin for a job and drove my Dad out to the airport in Minneapolis after he helped me unload. Anyways, stopped at Mall of America to catch the football games when I stumbled upon a Nintendo area with Smash. It was a long line, but with all the time I've spent on here it would have been criminal not to wait an hour to try.

Everyone got two 2:30 sessions. I went with Kirby and Inkling. Going to take time to get used to the paint mechanic. The game played so well, I'm even more excited now. Played with a pro controller and it was pretty comfortable.

He's simply annoyed that the dino keeps getting the shaft in various ways, like being at the butt end of EVERYONE IS HERE, his FS being among the last ones to be revealed, etc. It may not seem like much, but to fans of the characters, it is insulting.

On that note, I can't help but think that while Verg, Hitagi and company seem more or less accurate (right up to November 1st), something doesn't add up in what they said recently. I can't put my finger on why. Maybe it's the fact we don't know who the SE and Bamco characters are (if any), yet Minecraft content is somehow easier to find.

Also, that CSS is only because of the OG 8 theme, which in comparison to them Yoshi is left in the dust still. If the starting characters didn't involve the OG 8, you'd think he'd be a starter?

One additional thing about playing the game in Mall of America today: I was player one and the Nintendo worker had to physically select the character I chose for me to avoid the risk of me pressing b and checking out the rest of the game. THEY ARE HIDING SOMETHING, I TELL YOU!

That fishing pole and rocket are going to be nuts.

She even has the slingshot and turnips. Isabelle is gonna be insane in the hands of good players.

Something else that just occurred to me with the Square Enix character...what exactly was the method through which Sakurai got in touch with Nomura?

I just looked up the interview with the two of them, and it really seems as though those two discussed the idea. There weren't any higher ups involved in the initial discussion, but just Sakurai and Nomura.

The only reason I mention this is because, well, even if it's Square Enix getting another character, how do we know it's not Sakurai going through Nomura again? If that's the case, then either Neku or Sora might be looking pretty good right about now.

Well, Sora is always going to be probably the BIGGEST pick from Square at this point, but he's also probably the 3rd party with the most substantial hurdles to leap over.

I really do hope the Square Enix character is the one revealed at VGA, not because the wait is killing me but because I think it would simply be absolutely amazing for that event.

Dude just stop. You're acting like a child because your favorite character doesn't get to show up in advertising for a game he's been in for the fifth time in the series. I'd like if Lucas were used at all in any of the cg trailers because Mother 3 is one of the best games ever made, but I'm not going to throw a hissy fit about it.

Between this and getting upset over them 'not using the Crafted Yoshi skin correctly', you're getting upset over literally nothing. Your character is in the game and got updated in multiple ways. They by no means are 'obligated' to use him in the promotional material.
