I don't think Hitagi saying he heard nothing about Bandana Dee for DLC means too much
We knew nothing about K. Rool or any Echo except Ken.
We also only became aware of Piranha Plant possibly existing 10 hours before the Direct in a Verge comment no one noticed.

Not that I don't believe Hitagi, but I think we all need to remember K. Rool, PP, and like 4 of the echoes, which all went completely unleaked. K. Rool was entirely doubted until his reveal.

My point is, these leakers should stop saying a lack of information is essentially deconfirmation because I doubt any of them know all 5 of the characters.

This is my problem with Hitagi. He was full on about Katalina, but then backpedaled. I'm hope and pray that he and his supposed "Cygames source" knows about THE iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls, because they MUST know that game is bulldozing every other mobile game in Japan AND iM@S has Nintendo history, unlike Granblue.

He really only came out of nowhere very recently because of Smash, too, so it's a bit hard to take his word. He's in the more hit and miss category much like Vergeben's sources that aren't Smash Bros sources.

because literally nobody knows who she is, and she's a mobile game character that has no connection to nintendo period, even less than cloud at this point

I feel like we're at this point where some people legitimately only want to see their preferred choices get in more than others'. Maybe I'm wrong, but her character, to me, doesn't warrant unnecessary hate, but I've come to expect it now, and it's really pointless.

I absolutely do not care if her game is coming to Switch, as of right now, she has no Nintendo history. So that's what I'm going with.

They're going to add her if they do to promote her company which Nintendo is partnering and investing in. We don't need to navigate around that.

I'm gonna be real with y'all, the only people that has any "cred" is either Vergeben's Smash source and Spawn Wave. But, then comes the problem of YouTube on Switch, which now will make leaks much easier to fake and harder for leakers to provide credibility to their claims, much like the whole "Insider V People" situation back during the Grinch Leak.

Especially with DLC info being much, much harder to leak, I'd even say take Spawn and Vergeben with a grain of salt.

With few exceptions, I'd still would rather play as a character over a generic mook. That just doesn't interest me at all.

Corrin was the only character in 4's DLC that was an advertisement character. How the hell were Ryu, Cloud, and Bayonetta advertisement characters?

No, he did not backpedal he just stated he KNEW Steve was in but was a bit hesitant as to if he's DLC or base.

Cloud, whose game is just now going to touch a Nintendo system through a port of the PS1 version next year.

The only person who has been shown to be trustworthy with Smash news is Vergeben. He's said he hasn't heard of anything that Hitagi is saying outside of "Minecraft content".

Until Hitagi gets something right we need to stop running around like chickens with our heads cut off believing every piece of fake "evidence" that comes from his mouth. For all the hate LaxChris gets on here we really aren't that much different.

This guy is no Vergeben. Bandanna Dee is one of the few Nintendo characters that I am feeling good about for DLC.
