Maybe. It took me about three minutes to get to the playlist after finding out YT was back up, notice the count was off, check the count was off again, and then screenshot it. Add another minute for Smashboards loading, and the window is small but it's there. Idk.

I'm not asking for another Subspace Emissary, but Smash Tour was not a suitable replacement.

I'm sorry to say I never felt Smash Tour was a suitable anything, lol. It just felt so...empty? Like, it was a cool idea in principle, but actually playing it isn't really fun. It's not bad, but it's not fun either. The best way I can describe it is "It exists, and you can play it if you want".

I'm just glad we have the best part of Smash Tour in Ultimate... Squad Strike! Using different fighters as stocks was the best part of playing that mode during the few times I played it to unlock stuff. It will be a blast having that mode without dealing with the hassle that is Smash Tour.

Plus, it will be interesting to see how strategies evolve around Squad Strike in general, and I'm really hoping that it will be online compatible.

It says "14 videos" on my screenshot. Last I checked, and currently, that playlist has 13 videos. Either YT is still screwy (which is clearly a possibility, given tonight's antics) or there's a private video that wasn't there before.
Btw, it's translated through Chrome, which is why it says "Ten"

Plus, it will be interesting to see how strategies evolve around Squad Strike in general, and I'm really hoping that it will be online compatible.

I'm hoping it will be embraced by competitive. It would make for a very interesting side event in tournaments, IMO.

There’s a picture somewhere of a Nintendo affiliate that seems to have the game already... I think it was posted a couple pages back.

Physical copies have been sent to trusted Nintendo employees, so aside from the game going gold, you didn't miss much. Other than Y2K Deluxe happening.

Wasn't leaked, it was uploaded with nintendo's permission and it is a short loop.

I'm telling all of you that right now. Crunchii himself did NOT get that song from Nintendo themselves. There's a million things wrong with that idea.

Could be it's part of a press kit he got his hands on.

So just to fully clarify in case it's not entirely cleared up yet (apologies if needlessly recapping):

The menu was screen-captured from a private event, not from leaked a copy or whatever.
Nintendo invites guests to preview events all the time, and different guests are allowed to post different things under Nintendo's embargo rules. In this case, the menu theme was allowed to be posted, but not the full version, as that would be breaking embargo. Crunchii himself was not at the event, he was just given the song to upload, as he said on Twitter.
And it was just the E3 demo again at this event, not the full game or a bigger demo or anything.
