Nah that was part of Sigma's final speech in Mega Man X8. Sigma confirmed as DLC.

I've only ever played Mega Man 2, so that went over my head. Sigma as DLC though...is this MvC:I 2?

I'd be upset that a dead franchise like Golden Sun had more priority than an ongoing one like Rhythm Heaven...
Other than that, I would be fine with it...
Incineroar and Steve are some of my most Wanted Characters, and Shadow and Ken would be welcoming additions...

Yes, there are empty slots, but it's possible they just took what they knew and made the fighters fit nicely, considering it's also already-printed. In fact, if it's indeed an already-printed placeholder, it can also be used to counter Box Theory.

I think the more important thing is if the download size of that card is finalized or not. We still don't know how big Ultimate is aside from it being put in 16GB cards. I assume now that it's October and development is finishing, we might know by the end of this month, but I just can't see Smash Ultimate being something like 17GB. I mean, I CAN, but to match the digital size with the card capacity size is what I'm wondering for my buds who download digitally.

The thing is, the characters are also in the order they're in on the website, so really it could go either way.

Like, at this point, until proven otherwise, I'm really expecting "2 and done" at this point. Not even due to the box, it just feels like it's going to happen.

I think the latter is the more reasonable inference. Perhaps the November invitational will have every character, and thus a Direct would be revealed prior.

I don't get the need to 'hype' up the game in November when:


A: Let's Go is going to be Nintendo's November game, making Smash big in November and overshadowing LGPE would be a horrible marketing decision

B: We'll probably have a global test smash announced for early/mid November anyway

Considering they’ve been touring the demo around America I really don’t think they’re going to do a Test Smash. At this point a demo isn’t really going to sell it any more or less to people and all it could possible lead to is early hacking and datamine of the game, which may not reveal characters, but could certainly lead to potentially new modes and details being leaked that we would probably not know about until launch otherwise.

I just don’t see the value in creating a demo like that and taking the time to scrub everything.

We don't really know how many videos are in the list, from what I remember the list number doesn't update with private videos. So it could be a full direct or just a trailer, I'm betting on trailer however.

Despite my hope for Skull Kid in an October trailer, I'm going to go with my gut and say they reveal the pokemon now.
