If it had actually been a genuine Bowsette mod, then I actually would have not seen it coming.

Having Lyn be a high speed fast combo Swordfighter would be a breath of fresh air (Roy comes very close but still), she could use the whole Sheik style of death by a thousand cuts, but at the same time reward players who can find the openings of their foes, and attack with precision and critical/massive damage.

If you had to imagine a trailer for Lyn what would yours like? Mine would be her coming in the nick of time, to back up the FE crew who're struggling to fight Ganondorf, stopping him just before he finishes his command grab on Roy. That or a character reveal with her protecting a defenseless person/character, in a town or city, which then leads to something like this...

It sucks when your favorite franchise is struggling to get back on its feet, even more so when they basically reboot everything, and leave out one of your favorite characters (Krystal).

If you're going to put an iai user in a fighting game there's some things you gotta have.
Speed, style, precision, grace, and most importantly of all, sick sheathing animations, preferably with delayed impacts.

Anyway, my ideal Lyn trailer would take a bit of writing, so I'll make it in the Character Trailer Thread.

Anyway, you all remember this?

This literally got the first letter of the next newcomer's name right (leave Incineroar and Isaac comments down), nobody died (last panel, I guess. Who expected death anyway?), and none of these characters specifically showed up in the cinematic. Another coincidental, yet accidental, prediction.

Edit: WPS even barely missed a Direct date by one day in another comic.

Wait wat?? Sauria? That's a cool little nod to StarFox Adventures! I just don't get why nothing else about this game is ever acknowleged. And this video is reaaal cool.. but I heard StarFox Zero was **** so that's kind of a shame, cause I would like to play it still.

I personally enjoyed Star Fox Zero, but it definitely has its flaws. I chop up the three main problems it had to:

1) Being released on the Wii U at the end of its life.
2) The story being another re-telling of Star Fox 64's.
3) Gimmick control scheme that wasn't well received.
Bonus) No true multiplayer mode.

The game isn't expensive nowadays, so if you still have a Wii U hooked up, I highly recommend it.

I personally enjoyed Star Fox Zero, but it definitely has its flaws. I chop up the three main problems it had to:

1) Being released on the Wii U at the end of its life.
2) The story being another re-telling of Star Fox 64's.

Which itself was a retelling of Star Fox for the SNES with elements from the then unreleased Star Fox 2.

Nintendo needs to stop thinking retelling that same story will save the series.

And somehow made it terrible.

One of the worst songs Smash has ever done along with Norfair (Brawl) and Dedede's Theme Ver. 2 (Smash 4).

Growing up on Gen 3 and 4, Coliseum/Gale of Darkness and Sapphire were and still are some of my favorite games of all time. This theme is forever in my heart as one of my absolute favorites, I'm so ecstatic to finally have it in smash.

I'm honestly not sure what to believe. On one hand, it seems like we should just chalk up the music theory as fake, but on the other, why in the world would Nintendo bother delaying the AC remix to after Isabelle's reveal if it didn't mean anything? On top of that, why release a Pokemon remix now if we're supposedly so close to getting a Gen VII newcomer? Why not wait?

Things are getting weird. I'll prepare myself for the possibility of no Pokemon newcomer just in case, but I feel like everyone else will continue to believe Incineroar is a lock.
