Y'know, just last month, a few of the users here who are currently bashing Loz18 were saying things like, "It's so refreshing to have a leaker who takes things seriously and isn't a total attention hog like Verge."

I think it's funny how people are nonchalantly flipping their opinions just to avoid admitting that they ever believed him. The phrase "with a grain of salt" exists for a reason.

No offense to Skull Kid fans, I want him as much as the next guy.


But really, Skull Kid getting shown off as the next character is quite literally worst case scenario.



Not only will it more or less give Loz a spark of credibility, but it will also mean we have to keep tabs on what he says.

Sorry but this is a terrible take. Skull Kid fans shouldn't have to suffer just because you all can't stop giving a leaker attention.

So i'm going through the music posted on the smash blog, and i gota say i really hate all these remixes. Theyre adding way too much to the songs. Id much rather hear the originals, or something that is a remaster of the originals, but still sounds like the original - with better quality.

I particularly feel like the Brinstar Depths remix ruins the song. The depths are supposed to be a dark and scary place and the use of pleasant-sounding violins doesn't get that feeling across. Also, the contrast between rough-sounding electric guitars and pleasant-sounding violins is weird to say the least.

I just really hate how leakers ruin surprises. If someone told you how that movie you were really excited for was going to end or who dies in that book you're reading, would you thank them for it? If I could make it a rule that leaks have to be discussed within spoiler tags, I would, but unfortunately I don't have that sort of power.

I like the new Brinstar Depths because we already have a dark and mysterious version, we need something that captures an intense and off-kilter location like an alien world.

Not super fond of the new Fire Emblem track, but Bomb Rush Blush, Snake Eater, Fortress Boss, and Bloody Tears/Monster Dance are awesome.

I think the Gangplank Galleon and Vega Theme remixes are good. I can't say anything about the rest because I'm unfamiliar with them. That is, except for Gear Up For. That one also sucks and was never an ideal song to remix for Smash in the first place.

That was a legitimate quote from someone. Around the time Loz shared the private PM between him and Verge, people were praising him for "showing Verge who the superior leaker was" and "being the only reliable source we had left".

I'm not particularly fond of either Verge or Loz, and I have no problem with other people being upset with either of the two. It's just irritating when I see people who were once faithful supporters backpedal and resort to belittling them, even though they would've believed literally everything they said just a few weeks ago.
