Never got the appeal of reaction videos. Like, I know if I'm excited for something or not. I don't need to see some random dude screaming to know if an announcement is hype-worthy. Sort of my thoughts on un-boxing videos or watching people play games too. I mean, why not just go do those things yourself?

Some people take enjoyment out of seeing other people happy.

You know this brings an interesting point to mind.

I wonder how much the dash speed, jump height, and weight tiers will look like. With all the previously cut veterans back, I wonder how much their positions will change from their last appearance to now. Or where the newcomers will place.

I watch the few letsplays I watch for comedy, not for gameplay.
OneyPlays is my favorite, and it’s honestly more of a podcast than a gameplay showcase.

Same for reaction videos. I don’t watch Etika because I need to know how to feel. I watch Etika because it’s funny watching a grown man destroy his ****ing shelf with his bare hands over a video game announcement.

I think a lot of others are in the same boat as me.

I think its a way to get to know someone more intimately. Like I like to watch Maximilandood (I think I spelt that wrong) and like to follow his ups and downs. Lets plays are too time consuming for me, but I like how hard the guy's worked and his passion for games.

so when he's hype for Geese in Tekken, he means it and its a fun time. its also fun comparing peoples reactions to yours, though i dont watch too many of em!

An echo is basically any character that Sakurai doesn't want to admit is a separate and unique character even though it technically is. Don't pretend like there are clear technical consistencies between echos because there aren't.

I'd say if someone is really knowledgeable or versed in games, I'm alright with it. I'll always say that Maximillian Dood's reaction to Cloud will be the best Smash Bros. reaction you could ever get on YouTube, and that's because Final Fantasy VII is his literal favorite game of all time, aside from playing fighting games. The history behind the person reacting is much better than "WHOAPAOAOAO I'M SCREAMINGGG".

The fact that he KNEW seconds into the Cloud trailer that it was Final Fantasy VII music shows. AND I CAN'T BLAME HIM, BOMBING MISSION HELLA FIRE.

It's not official, but there's rumors floating around about that the Direct will be this Thursday. Nintendo Life and Gamexplain both reported on it, and it lines up with that Splatoon datamine, so it's fairly believable.

We'll have to wait and see though.

Nintendo Life says they have multiple trusted sources that say it's Thursday at 6 pm EST. Nintendo Life is pretty reputable so a lot of people believe it.

The one with gameplay pics seems to have been debunked; the leaker shared a pic of Kirby with his Meta Knight alt. on Final Destination, with the mistake of giving it blush marks (which the actual alt. doesn't have). The leaker also seems to act like a troll, if the other posters on that thread with the same name were indeed him, but I guess that doesn't really discredit it. (plus there seems to be editing smudges around part of Karate Joe's arm in one of the images, I think the one where he's holding a hammer)

The leak with the website files and Windows Server 2003, however, has not.

Anyway, I feel that the weight scale in Smash 3DS / Wii U felt way off for certain fighters. If I were to predict the weight rankings for the Smash Ultimate fighters, I would guess the following...

Samus has been genetically altered and stands over 6ft. tall. Then you put that inside a fully mechanized metal suit.
