I'm simply hoping the game gets further DLC support in similar fashion to what Hyrule Warriors received-- though I'd really rather not have to buy another version and play through it all again. Include a variety of characters from Eliwood/Roy's games and Ike's games, plus Three Houses. I really think they could sell a second season pass shortly before or after the Three Houses release. The year-and-a-half gap between the Hyrule Warriors release and its large DLC additions sets precedent. The handling of Fates in particular (and Shadow Dragon by extension) was the game's biggest issue. Out of the three main represented games (basically not including Rowan/Lianna/Anna/Celica/Lyn), there were eighteen characters...and instead of making the ratio 6:6:6, they made it 3:6:9. And the justification given, that they felt it'd be a disservice to not include every single Fates Royal, felt really forced. Awakening turned out fine since it hit the expected six right on the mark, but why should Fates get nine characters at base (without Azura, even) when Shadow Dragon can't even get a large percent of its principal cast? Folks like Merric, Ogma, Jagen, and Hardin were robbed, though Minerva at least got in through DLC. Even Nyna would have been really cool to see.
There's a lot to love about FE Warriors, but my god, Shadow Dragon got absolutely robbed by Fates.
And if that DLC happens: no more Fates.
