Honestly i could care less about the order of the characters on the screen xD

It's a Pokken tier list.
Decidueye places pretty high on that tier list. I think this qualifies as a "popular fighting game character".

I really hope that isn't from event-hubs. I play competitive smash and event-hubs were the worse.

Not to much the technical stuff. i know those (Don't use too many of them though. usually just use combos)
I mean like the abbreviations and stuff.

I'm okay with that as long as we could have a sorting option to sort them by series.

I'm also hoping characters are unlocked in order of appearance, with the exception of Mr. Game & Watch hopefully being last and some newcomers being sprinkled in between.

I wonder if they will do that for All-Star Mode...

I'm sorry, but there needs to be an option where we can sort these characters by series. Snake is just chillin' in the very middle, and Bayo is all smug because she got in Smash before Ridley.

I mean they've been listening to the fans in regards to a lot of things, so I wouldn't be surprised if they had different sorting options for the CSS so you can have it however you like.

Your not the only one, I'm the same way, i could care less. I think chronological is pretty cool, but it really doesn't matter.
