How do you go from giant lizard to hedgehog? But that's just an ugly prototype.
Hey that's the prototype, how Gerald went from GIANT LIZARD to Small Hedgehog is still one of the great mysteries though.
Why do you need a giant lizard or a hedgehog to cure space cancer? How do you go from giant lizard to hedgehog?
Um...Gerald looked at the mural after going back to the drawing board? How do you go from giant lizard to hedgehog?
I would love it if the Biolizard made it into Smash as a stage hazard or something, celebrate Sonic's environments besides Green Hill Zone. But that's just an ugly prototype.
NEVER! Takashi Iizuka won't allow it! (Unless it's Chemical Plant)celebrate Sonic's environments besides Green Hill Zone.
More like the SEGA higher-ups won't allow it.NEVER! Takashi Iizuka won't allow it! (Unless it's Chemical Plant)
We have so much to discuss, but this is a Smash forumNEVER! Takashi Iizuka won't allow it! (Unless it's Chemical Plant)
No no, he has a point. (Though most sega fans are too numb inside with Stockholm Syndrome to see it.)More like the SEGA higher-ups won't allow it.
A Tropical Freeze stage would be sick! If there is one place I would want them to base the stage off of, it would be Juicy Jungle.I hope there's about 10 more stages left. Having so many old ones return is great but I'd love to see a Tropical Freeze or Rainbow Curse stage. Heck, for as much as I don't care for the game, a Prism Island stage would have a really cool look to it.
SCIENCE! Is how.I would love it if the Biolizard made it into Smash as a stage hazard or something, celebrate Sonic's environments besides Green Hill Zone.
(Smash aside how in the world did they go from a giant lizard with cybernetic enhancements to an edgy hedgehog when they were designing the ultimate lifeform. HOW.) EDIT: SHSL Jedi great minds think alike.
Black Doom was his dealer, obviously. Why do you need a giant lizard or a hedgehog to cure space cancer?
Why do you need to make a contract with essentially Satan himself just to develop it?
The **** was Robotnik smoking?
You shall never win, cold blooded fiend! We discussing Biolizard now?
.......I'm down. More reptile reps please!!!
Let Sakurai use his magicI would love it if the Biolizard made it into Smash as a stage hazard or something, celebrate Sonic's environments besides Green Hill Zone.

Hey, only half the reptiles in Smash are bad guys!!! are still goodYou shall never win, cold blooded fiend!
I'd like Sky Sanctuary, Hidden Palace, Chemical Plant, ARK, Dragon Road or many other stages but sadly you're right I think it's just Green Hill and Windy Valley.Y'know, I've never reall thought about another Sonic stage.
Personally, I'd want either Asteroid Coaster or Terminal Velocity.
Or maybe Chaos Angel, or one of the unique Sonic Mania zones.
Sonic actually has lots of unexplored potential, as far as stages go anyway. I doubt we'll get another Sonic stage though.
I want a Mania stage (Studiopolis) so badly, but they'd probably go for a Forces stage...blah.Y'know, I've never reall thought about another Sonic stage.

You mean Windy Hill, Windy Valley is way better.but sadly you're right I think it's just Green Hill and Windy Valley.
I think they did Lost World to promote it because it was his newest game and whatnot.Y'know, I've never reall thought about another Sonic stage.

I'm assuming every major franchise will get at least one stage based on their most recent title, that means new donk and great plateau obviously. Then Kirby Planet Robobot, Fates, Xenoblade X (2 was probably too late tbh), Star Fox Zero, Tropical Freeze, Samus returns and sun and moon. I'd also bet on them pulling another yoshi's wooly world with that new gameI hope there's about 10 more stages left. Having so many old ones return is great but I'd love to see a Tropical Freeze or Rainbow Curse stage. I got my wires crossed aaaaaahI want a Mania stage (Studiopolis) so badly, but they'd probably go for a Forces stage...blah.

Minecraft, literally just Minecraft because of its global influence. Not unless you want Fortnite to be in Smash, you absolute madman."What franchise that hasn't been in Super Smash Bros yet that you think can bring a new audience to the series?"
If I could guess, fighting game characters. Most other characters aren't """competing""" franchises, like the FFVII fanbase has a likely huge intersection with the Smash fanbase. Characters from Tekken, Mortal Kombat, Soul Calibur etc. would attract new players more than most third parties, especially if done with the same amount of detail as Ryu. The reason isn't necessarily that the effect would be huge but its hard to put myself in the shoes of a Minecraft gamer, casual or hardcore, and say "I love sandbox games, Steve's in Smash? Time to learn how to fighting game for 1/70 some characters." It's not an impossibility, but I think attracting the fighting game audience would be Smash's best bet if this was their goal with third parties. With the talk about Minecraft, this has given me an interesting thought to question you all to see what kind of Ideas this would bring.

Yeah, I feel there’s definitely something that’s going to show up there. There are also ribbons coming from below his clobbering. Which character features gray ribbons/lint like that?Something else that's interesting about the poster.

Popo is clobbering at something, and unless he's trying to get Game and Watch for breakfast, it may be something that hasn't been added yet. I thought that he may be trying to get the duck, but my mindset's looking more towards the duck reacting to Toon Link trying to get a shot at it instead.or maybe my tinfoil is on too tight
One idea I have for an interesting Sonic stage is Titanic Monarch.I'd like Sky Sanctuary, Hidden Palace, Chemical Plant, ARK, Dragon Road or many other stages but sadly you're right I think it's just Green Hill and Windy Valley.
Breh the best way to attract fighting game fans is to force Smash players to use deodorant otherwise a match can't startIf I could guess, fighting game characters. I'd love Titanic Monarch too, and the way you'd build it sounds like the best way to put in everything cool about it. Just no crushy cellings please haha. One idea I have for an interesting Sonic stage is Titanic Monarch.
It would be a big stage, similar in style to GCO, but not nearly as big.
The stage would have fan gusts that make fighters jump higher, springs and electrical hazards, and the defining feature would be the purple portals that teleport you to other areas of the stage.
It would also have some moving platforms like the ones in Titanic Monarch.
I think it would be a really cool stage, both aesthetically and gameplay wise.
Yep, nothing can top Minecraft. I'm a madman! Let's not just get Fortnite but Overwatch as well! xDMinecraft, literally just Minecraft because of its global influence. Not unless you want Fortnite to be in Smash, you absolute madman.
That's a very neat Idea and I agree with that.If I could guess, fighting game characters. Don't you diss Super Paper Mario! That game's story is a thing to behold.Colour Splash was actually a really fun game. Great humour and setting. I mean, it's obviously no tTYD or Paper Mario 64, but it was better than Sticker Star and probably even Super Paper Mario.
You think For Glory Little Macs were a joke? You aren't prepared for the massive squadron of For Glory Steve. The problem with Minecraft isn't the game itself, it's the fanbase, like a LOT of games as of late; it's fanbase is just unbearable.
While I may not be the biggest fan of the idea of Steve(?) in Smash, I welcome all characters, even in a begrudging way.
Unbearable fanbases...?like a LOT of games as of late; it's fanbase is just unbearable.
