I dunno how I feel about this ruleset. Peach is soo bad on most banned stages except for Brinstar and Mute City.

Or no bans. Having a ban is just reassurance that the stagelist isn't too wild. If flatzone is on and I just think its the dumbest stage ever, takes no strategy, etc, then i can ban it.
