Anyhow... I might be one of the few who doesn't choose the same character twice when playing Smash. I don't get why people only keep choosing one character over and over again for 10 matches.

People stick to one character because they become efficient with how a character functions. Just by experience alone, you'll gain the ability to decipher match ups from a combination of stages and characters. Experience will also allow you to understand every strength and weakness a character has, and with knowledge of that you'll gain the ability to preform efficiently. You'll especially need to know about the character if you're considering using a character with a higher level curve like Ice Climbers.
This doesn't only apply to Super Smash Bros. either, it also applies to many series.

I've been trying to branch out, but I've been procrastinating.
Though I have tried.
For one, I followed Housepets for a while.
And while I haven't seen it in forever. What I did read was all right.
I can understand why Xivii loves it at least.
I've also seen bits of Two Kinds.
It's, okay. Certainly not something I'd really get into (plus the fanservice. I find it a little unsettling).
Edit: And I remember one.
Because of how I am, I also know a ton of awful webcomics.
Both of the "so bad it's good" and the "so bad it's awful" kind.
