I've put more effort into upgrading weapons and armor then actually leveling up. Maybe there is something wrong there?

I heard that game is VERY masochist.. but you don't seem to enjoy getting the snot beaten out of you.. what's the big appeal in that game?

Its difficulty has reached meme-status unfortunately and that's all people know about the game.

Truth is, it's a fantastic game, wonderful lore, environments and immersion, tight controls and really well-done combat. It's an incredible game.

It's basically a 3D Castlevania. A true 3D Castlevania.

Lots of entertaining moments, so I suppose I'm indebted to the game's creation if only for the chuckles I received watching others bravely trudge through it.

Honestly, that's my opinion of Unleashed, except the music sucked too. Only thing it had was decent cutscenes.

For 06 for me? Awesome music, great cutscenes, almost all perfect voices, an interesting storyline, almost entirely fun gameplay(only except is the Mach Speed and forced scrolling sections), and a few annoying glitches. Was honestly extremely fun for me. :3
