That's your mentality, really. While I won't deny that a lot of people thought that you weren't so good when you first appeared on the scene, it seems that even after that has blown over for the most part, you continue to cling to it and bring it up in almost every instance. Ender just pointed that out in a post a few above yours.
It's as if you have a chip on your shoulder and have to constantly prove yourself (or your skills at smash) to anyone and everyone.
