There will be a new rule in place from now on. If you choose a character from your opponent's banned list, you must PUBLICLY choose again, and they're immediately allowed to counterpick your choice. This will hopefully make people actually pay attention to what they're doing from now on.

Because he's logged in a few times today. He also logged in most recently just a few minutes before I posted that. This hasn't been an isolated incident. I didn't say he'll forfeit right away, but I did make it perfectly clear in the rules that if you don't make a reasonable effort to present yourself for a match, it's on you.
