Unfortunately, this weekend is our last weekly podcast. We'll definitely be doing more stuff in the future though, and since you're a top Melee player and probably sure to be a top Brawl player, we will HAVE to keep you in mind!


P.S. Do you mind if I save a Brawl friend code spot for you?

lol, all the friend code requesting i've been seeing brings me back to the old middle school days where everyone was gonig on with their little "relationships" and all the "will you go out with me?" 's.

I wish I could be on SP's or Youko's friend list but I'm sure those will be fairly exclusive.

We were given the clear to use 64 kbs encoding again. So people don't need to complain about the sound quality.

Great Stuff! Show Me Your News brought me great happiness, killed my boredom and created a whole new perspective on life for myself. I'm one to listen to each podcast multiple times for enjoyment I receive with every listen. Youko and SamuraiPanda, thanks for being dedicated podcasters, and It will be such a burden to have one week without your voices. You guys are great and I hope you make some sort of spin-off that can make up for my grieving pain of a week without SMYN!

I like how everybody's depressed because the podcast switched from weekly to monthly. It's a great way to entertain yourself while [not] doing homework, but it isn't life. At least... not for the Youko and SP.

I love the podcast, and I can't wait to see what direction it takes now that it's done covering the DOJO!!

You can direct Lucario's final smash during the entire final smash. What I didn't know is that you can also direct it before it is launched.

Loving the podcast, I'm 40 minutes in so far.

I'd just like to comment on the whole 'pronunciation of Mario' thing - I can tell that in America it sounds better to say mar-io than mah-rio, but in Scotland it's the other way round. I, and everyone I know, says MAH-rio, because in the Scottish accent it sounds more natural to say mah-rio than mar-io.

But what's weird is that I pronounce Wario the same way as you guys - WAR-io. Mainly because I think of the word 'war' so to say wah-rio just sounds weird and wrong.

Also, I love the idea of Master Hand on Wheel of Fortune.

In England, and also in Italy, where Mario is from, it is pronounced "Mah-rio". America is the only place that says "Marrr-io". Charles Martinet is American, so he also says "Marrrr-io".

Ha, yeah, and as you can tell, a lot of American don't like the way "Marrrr-io" is pronounced.

Sweet Raichu! Well, just finished listening to the podcast! It was really great, and still a tad sad seeing that it's the last weekly episode. I'll still look forward to/watch all the other SMYN's, so I can always look forward to that, at least.

Also, Brawl theme pwned, and I think I need to mention that I still very often use the phrase "I have a beard coming", so thanks for that, Panda. xD

And..yeah. I doubt I'll really stay at SWF, seeing as this thread is the only one I've ever posted in, aside from Panda's "Who will you main?" thread, and even then it was just answering the poll.
Maybe once it slows down a bit and doesn't reek of lagcakes.
