After Multiversus comes out I'd be more willing to answer this question. Though considering the long term nature of Multiversus taking on a second platform fighter feels like a bad idea.

A PSABR focuses only on first party characters. DLC later adds some important third parties

Takamaru is included in Brawl and is the one to get an uprising style reboot and redesign. Pit gets in 4 but has his classic design.
