I dont see this as a bad thing. The show was pretty decent. And there is a rise of 2000s era nostalgia.

Either them or DotEmu, yeah. It would certainly make up for the Quackshot revival game never getting off the ground as a concept.

Yeah either of them could nake a good game. I was sad that quackshot pitch failed. I remember playing that back as a kid.

Question 1: Infinitesimal chances, seeing as indies with only one game can only get collectibles.

Question 2: Her chances that she would get in are about 50/50, as this means she'd have to avoid getting a spirit event and need to be paid attention to like Splatoon, FE, Animal Crossing and such.

I haven't talked about Shantae in Smash for a long long while. I've been pushing for more Wario Land stuff and Crash Bandicoot in Smash for some time.

Pretty much. As things stand, it's a Mexican standoff until December 2021.

That's what I thought. I still have a very strong feeling she won't make it but I'm not completely ruling her out. If she does make it in I'll be very happy, as well as many others.

We are all pretty hopeful here, but not counting our chickens to they hatch. she has a lot of interesting little tidbits that could lead to her, or be nothing.

Honestly what happens to be the ARMS rep is a key to her fate.

That said, as troubled as The Road to El Dorado has been in regards to being made properly, it's still nice to see Chel alongside Shantae, Nami, Eri and the PSwG pair.

That honestly is the best idea. Right now the whole smash fanom is just spinning the drain till we get some news, or an actual legit leak happens lol.

If Shantae never moved Forward and only had one game no pun intended, her chances would be a lot worse than they're now like almost no chance in hell. If her franchise was a Nintendo franchise her chances would skyrocket through the roof since she would be a popular Nintendo protagonist that a lot of people want in the game.

So i contacted that 1 store that had the sealed shantae a few months ago, to see if they have it and how much it is. Luckily i am still working, getting paied extra due to hazard pay(going into many super markets) and the government check hopefully is coming. I think i can afford 300 bucks for a sealed shantae for my collection... but if its more probably gonna say no thanks. You guys think thats a good price for such a rare thing?
