DOUBLE EDIT: After deliberation we have decided to run PM pools for consistency.

Pools will be drawn up tonight and posted ASAP, along with changes to the schedule to suit.

HOWEVER, WE NEED SETUPS TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN.

If we have a shortage of PM setups we will be forced to run a 3 stock ruleset, or consider cancelling pools.

I've going shooting that morning and I don't want there to be a chance of me being late to my pool.

He'll be with me on friday to pay, he decided to enter last minute.

Also just a suggestion, I was wondering if we don't get enough attendance and the pools stay the same mostly. Would it be possible to make the brackets top 24 and have 2 extra players progress? Just saying because we'll probably have plenty of time to run a bigger bracket. But anyway, I guess it depends on the amount of set-ups and such.

We are getting a lot of requests for late pools which cannot all be accomodated. Please be aware we have time constraints and some people will need to be there early.

To all players, but especially to newer players, I am not entering any events at SS. I will only be a TO here, so if you are confused, or need help with anything be sure to look for me.
The other TO's are entering events, as well as having a bunch of other stuff on their plates, while I am basically just doing what needs to be done. Not to say the other TO's aren't approachable, I'd just like to reduce the stress on them so that Joey can win Melee, SD can win Project M and Dread can win Smash 4.
So come say hello and tell me how good of a job we're doing.

Also, buy Joey a drink so he doesn't steal anyone else's...

Also, I signed up for PM, but under the added notes section I said I would pay on the day.

PM crews would be pretty tight since Dekar won't be here for us. Maybe if SD isn't feeling very Victorian he could play for OoS, but in all honesty Vlade and SD would be the two best PM players in attendance imo. Jamwa would have to refrain from picking Charizard for us to have a chance

It'd probably end up being
(Me+Jamwa+Fudge+Moxie)+Max/Dreadtech (Dread is the hype choice)
vs.
(Vlade+Hobobloke+Star+Pete)+SD

p.s Pete and Vlade are in the same PM pool but this should be fixed soon

Hey I was wondering whether anyone was going to bring a decent camera? I wanted to take some photos, but my current camera isn't very good. x.x flash makes everyone look washed out and without it photos blur.

For SS (and in general): loser's quarters - bo3 or bo5?

I think historically we've done bo3 only semis and up, but it's pretty dumb to go back to bo3 if you're coming from playing a bo5 in winner's semis.

IMO we should be doing Bo5 for all of top 8.
