can you give users the option to make new blog posts in exactly the same way new threads are made? ie having all the icons above the text box rather than just a blank page
not to mention the list of tags that blank page has a link to is pretty broken and outdated

Can we have some sort of update on how the Friend Finder deal is going?
Even a chat would be great, I feel so bad for the people in the SIC who have to post in a thread to find matches. They just end up going away to some other site that has something slightly more efficient than posts.

It's coming, but from what I can tell MLG offices are under a lot of remodeling and re-setting up at the moment, so sorry for any delays site-side.
As for me, I can only do minor layout changes and feature additions for the time being.

Actually i did that for a couple days after SWF got hacked because the "remember me" button wasn't working for properly for some reason.

how about changing the pic limit from 20 to 45? if it becomes a problem change it back. but 20 is too low considering regular users cannot embed youtube videos.
45 is a very specific number in that people can make complete hit box gifs in one post. there haas been an effort to do the entire cast, its just neater, better, easier to read if its all in the OP.

can you implement a post previewer where you can play around with formatting a post with tags and stuff, and preview it, but not have that be connected to any particular thread? just in case you want to see how a post might look but not necessarily actually post it yet

just go to any thread and go advanced options ....post preview.

idk, collapse tags don't really fall under the category of posts you generally should be making from the quick reply (even though i often make those posts from the quick reply personally)
Already done. It should only show on the front page and user CP if that's ok.

I really really enjoy looking at the purple usergroup color. Please do not get rid of it. Broom, mods, senators is not too distracting when it comes to user colors, hardly a rainbow at all.
also purple names are generally going to be ppl who are in the know and its a good visual que, you generally can trust things these ppl say....on mobile postbits dont show up so there is no way of knowing without colors.

the color is useless, a lot more so than other colors that have been removed

It seems that every group that still has its color is able to post somewhere that other users cannot.
melee and brawl brooms, the regular backroom, the debate hall, and premies can post in the disco room? or something rather.
mods/senators can post in staffers shack.
all the other colors were removed, seems pretty consistent to me, even if that wasnt the intention.

Smash Developers lost their color and they have their own place to post.

An explanation of why that color got scraped when the usergroup serves a purpose and has special permissions to a room would be nice though.

Can we get rid of the "recurrence pattern" or offer a bypass option (such as a check box saying "no recurrence pattern")? Its annoying that it does nothing except tell me the date I chose doesn't follow the pattern which makes for a redundant field to modify every time i update my tournament thread.
