Alright, so here are my thoughts in a nutshell:
Meta-Kirby was extremely jumpy at first, but then again, first game having a decent wagon against you first thing? Who wouldn't be jumpy? But then he seemed to calm down a bit, which would be a sign to me that he's scum and his partners are explaining to him to chill, but again, that's kinda hard to justify seeing as how Nick took the pressure off him... Moron... All in all, not sure about him, but definitely one of the scummier players early day 1.
FOS: Meta
-I think its weird that after being so active at the start of the game, he suddenly drifts out of activity and the spotlight...
-But he starts posting quite a bit soon after reappearing, so perhaps it just was a few days when he couldn't post. Seems to be reiterating what others have said before, but from a while ago, so more of a stealth copy. Which is kinda scummy, but then again he's new and has shown that he can retain information, which is always nice, even if said newbie is scum.
After Nick tells Meta to chill, Nick starts to pressure him too, which feels odd again to me. Possibly a distancing strategy or circle jerk, or maybe just nick caving under pressure...
Then there's Xiivi and his miller claim. I'm going to be the devil's advocate here and again note that he could easily be mafia trying to escape a cop investigation later. I don't know why there was such opposition when Swords brought that up, especially since I think its really a good point. If someone is miller, its probably to counter-balance some strong power, and if so, wouldn't they want to hide the fact that they were a miller and therefore likely some power role? I agree they'd want to get it out there if they knew they were miller (which I've never heard of before), but wouldn't they just breadcrumb it instead of flat coming out with it? It just seems really odd, especially when combined with the negative feedback upon swords bringing it up.
FOS: Xiivi
The survivor discussion is strange too. What's the point in debating the existence of a survivor at this point? It just feels like an odd thing for Marshy to bring up, especially since his justification was "they'll be bored and lose and should just claim now." What? If I was survivor, I'd be doing whatever I could to survive, not get bored and give up. Plus he got sent the setup of the game? How are you in this game if you have the setup Marshy? That just seems unfair. So what's the point in bringing it up? Maybe Marshy's going for so when he has survived all the way into endgame and we haven't managed to kill the survivor and are searching, he can go "No way I'm survivor, I brought it up!" WIFOM? Yes, but I can easily see Marshy thinking that far ahead, and I honestly can't see any other reason as to why he brought it up and how he is in this game if he has the setup.
FOS: Marshy
Then there's CK and his replacement Xonar. He came under fairly heavy fire early game for attempting to manipulate Meta, which I agree is Scummy. Upon being under fire, he then seems to freak out a bit and flail, during which he says he was just trying to help a newbie avoid being lynched. This was pointed out, but I didn't see him doing that anywhere, I just saw CK pressuring him further, even going so far as to say "You will be useless to us this game unless you have something to offer (tell me your role!)" basically. Odd...
-replaces out once he starts coming under fire again. Yes he has RL johns, but he's flat out given up before as scum and prolly come under fire for it. So this seems pretty telling to me.
-Xonar tries to get everyone to post why they are suspicious of him. Skimming, or unwilling to go back and read, though I guess I can kinda of understand it in this case. Still rubs me wrong though...
-Marshy points out that CK was doing other stuff even though he was "sick" even worse for Xonar
-#250 Xonar tells us to judge based on how he plays, which is basically saying "Please disregard all the scummy things CK did, kthx" Makes me feel uneasy.
Then nick swoops in with "RVS rarely (read: never) matters" which makes me want to read even more heavily into the RVS things he said. Protecting your scumbuddy much? Point is, RVS matters always. People play different as scum, and that's one of the most obvious places it happens. Either they play different, or try to cover up something their scum buddy did wrong, or try to distance from their scum buddy, etc. etc. Funny, you managed to do all three of those Nick (Nick/Meta team mayhaps?)!
FOS: Nick
-Strengthed by the fact that as soon as Nick comes under fire, Meta jumps on his ***. Even though Meta's points had been around for awhile, he didn't decide to attack Nick until Nick came under fire
-Nick then uses the existence of an SK to show his gambit wasn't risky at all. What SK? Oh, you? Plus he's also trying to subconciously convince us that he's town by saying town a lot and just saying flat-out "Of course I'm town, so this argument is null" Hey Nick, sorry to have to tell you this, but you aren't a Jedi, and thus hand waves don't work...
-Nick says no one is advocating letting the survivor live even though his reasoning for letting the survivor live was "we'd have a confirmed not mafia member". CONTRADICTION!
-Princess Leia the cop? Well I guess that makes sense and I guess no one's cc'd you so... guess you're town? Ugh... Learn to play better man so that you don't have to reveal as cop day 1...
-Not that you're scummy nick, but stop being a baby. If people are anything like me, they read your arguments, saw loads of contradictions, nulltells, and stupid arguments and voted on you. They weren't just following Kevin, so stop being a petulant child.
-#236 Stop being emo. Kevin wasn't being scummy, you were just doing a pisspoor job of defending yourself, so stop being sore.
Kevin's bugging me too, but I feel its just more of a I don't like how he's telling everyone to stop doing certain things which aren't always that bad when done correctly (I.E: Gambit and Questions) than a scum reading. I'd say thusfar (#185) Kevin seems pretty town.
Chaco replaces in and starts his +- thing, which I have to say, I really like so far. May have to steal it... Anyways, a good replacement that is saying things I agree with a lot. Chaco town ++
Junglefever comes in with "It's pretty easy to follow the crowd when you make a ******** move like that." upon being accused of following the crowd, which makes me uneasy...

Marshy, is there anything you saw in his actual posts that you thought was scummy?
yes
unvote vote scummeta kirby
<3 the always hilarious Marshy
As for frozen *shrugs* He's been inactive like always. Besides one time pushing for a quicklynch on a mostly new player (and thus nabbing us a 1 scum for 1 bad town), he hasn't been all that scummy. Hell, even that ain't all that scummy.
So anyways, as for who is the scummiest thusfar, I'd say CK/Xonar. Thus,
Vote: Xonar
I'll be around more.
