if people miss a tech
I heard u can knee em
is that true?
If so how do u do it
and if they miss a tech and you punch them, they get back up
what's the point of that? Like is there an opening to do something when you force them back up

You can knee them just as if they did a tech in place. Same timing leads to same result.
When they get back up they are stuck vulnerably in lag at the end of the stand up. You can knee, stomp, or (probably preferably) regrab in that situation.

You have to hit them as soon as they hit the ground
It's called a jab reset, it forces your opponent to get up and you can hit them with whatever is fast enough. This isn't guaranteed, because when you start to play good players they'll probably SDI it up and get out of it.

i like to do stompzones and then when they meteor cancel it (i'm talking to you, falco!) i double jump suicide knee them and falcon punch a split second before falcon goes UGHWEUUUEEUU and dies
then you taunt relentlessly for the next stock

i have been playing a lot lately actually. i've been playing non stop with an up and coming peach from tucson called Silly Kyle. we play like 3-4 times a week for hours at a time and i've also been playing noobyiris a lot too. forward moved away to phoenix though
me and jet4 are the best in our city nowbuit anyway some recording has been done recently by rubyiris and he's supposed to upload the matches. they're all friendlies; we haven't had any tournaments in a while but will have one this month!
:D thanks man. i'm gonna try to record with Taj. i played him in friendlies for shadow claw 4 footage, it was tight.

Does falcon have anything other than grab and dtilt to crouch cancel? (although with cc grab, who needs other options

depending on how far away you are i bet you can cc -> gentleman or cc-> ftilt. or maybe just cc -> run away
