Shield it and grab her. If you can't do that, which you should be able to, then just roll around her and f-smash.

I have a problem getting back to the stage when I am above it. When some one smacks me up into the air I can't seem to find a way back down save chucking bombs or using dair and then I can easily be punished. We tend to play FD so there are not usually platforms to rely on. Sometimes when fighting Marth he will attempt to come juggle me as I'm getting hit up. What is the best course of action to get down?

Air dodging is one option but don't use it over and over again. Also, there's nothing wrong with using bombs on your way down and a good follow up to that is an occasional dair (albeit extremely occasional). fast falling is also an option but only after you've avoided/countered your opponent. Boomerang is another option especially if they follow you up.

Santi when your hanging on the edge
what are some ways you get back up?
When over hundred % I like doing the attack.
It has good range and priority.

I usually jump on since I can do whatever from that depending on what my opponent does.

Sometimes I get a bomb if the other player is keeping their distance.

I rarely drop then jump and attack since I get punished for that. But sometimes I do it, If I see an opening. Or wall jump and bair on stages like battlefield.

Thanx Santi
For alittle bit I thought the attack sucked and bombing or jump back on and attacking were the best options.

I'll tell ya knightzy, i play a pretty good Link just by knowing how to play toony, i mean zair still owns, quickdraw owns, bombs are always fun, but there are a couple differences (but they aren't so much tech skill as strategy)

you can afford MUCH more off stage game, like, beyond your wildest dreams, because toony's recovery is about 3 times better (vertically anyways) than Link's, Bair and Nair are you bread and butter with TL, i imagine nair works to the same effect as Link but Bair needs to be used much more extensively.

long story short, yes you can transfer tech skill from Link, but they still play differently.

Good question, you have REMARKABLY more control over your zair's timing if you air dodge first. When you air dodge, you're preventing yourself from taking damage right? Well air dodging and pressing A is like pressing Z (e.g. shield grabbing), so if you air dodge first, then press A, you can Zair whenever you want to! By pressing A, you'll automatically cancel your air dodge at any time.

This way, you short hop into an air dodge, keeping yourself safe from other attacks, and you can wait for the best opportunity to press A and use the zair, or you can just DI backwards and not even zair at all. By using the air dodge, you keep yourself safe and have the best possible control over the zair itself.

It really is a beautiful process.

Ah, thanks.
I guess this is more in-depth,
I will have to get used to airdodging first then :).
But if it's possible to Zair while holding a bomb and than throwing the bomb after the opponent got knocked back so it's a guaranteed hit, would be quite epic.

a little thingy I use, it needs improvement but so far it's pretty good and always hits people that don't airdodge;
pull out a bomb, boomerang upward, jump to any hight and throw the bomb so it hits on or just behind your opponent, quickly shoot an arrow and start charging another arrow and don't fire it yet. If the opponent rolls away from the bomb either the explosion, the arrow or both will hit him, if he rolls towards the bomb he gets hit with the arrow, if the damage is high enough the opponent might even get knocked into the boomerang or the bomb, sidestep and either the explosion, the arrow or both hit him, if the opponent jumps the boomerang nails him into the arrow and possibly the bomb explosion. the charging arrow is to make sure you hit with something and get some damage, you can go without it and replace it with a uair. The only way out of this is jump into the boomerang and airdodge it. you can also try this with a running attack instead of the arrow. also, if you have the timing right for it you can throw a bomb up, grab the opponent and throw him into the bomb.

I have a question about hyphen smashing.
I have pretty fast fingers and when I do a running u-smash I just move the control stick up really quickly. I still slide and I have never messed up (and I'm probably not going to). Is this the same thing? Does it have the same effect (especially on my movement/sliding distance)?

If your timing is correct
Then theres no difference

I have one more question, how do you avoid the Sonic move that just hones in on you? They spam it and then Spindash me to death @__@ the only way i can get them is with Uair if theyre above me but sometimes its to fast to attack.

..... >_>

Ir your in the air:
Use any aerial move in his direction or air dodge.
Or Nair.

If your on the ground:
Utilt, Ftilt, Usmash, maybe even Up-B.

You know when you have the 2 bombs in the air, and then proceed to go and hit an enemy into both of them for a kill. How is that set up and which moves best get the opponent into the bomb trap?

Dodge it and they'll fall to their doom. Dodge is best option. If they're using it from below the stage to both attack and recover, DODGE. That should teach them spamming at, they'll fall to their death BWAAHWHAHAHA

For Sonic's homing attack, shield and then immediately Dolphin Slash.... wait.
Dodge it, or simply run away at the right moment (Because once it goes, it doesn't change it's path.) and hit him with the back hit of nair or do something random.
Or take other people's advice.
But try everything out, see what works best.

I have no experience
