Reminder:
Tmrw's Los Weekly will not be at Ooples. The location will be Otaku Cafe! Same everything else though. 6:00pm sign ups, 6:30pm bracket starts. $5 for venue fee and $5 for singles. Venue fee is waived if you bring a full setup (tv/wiiu/disc/adapter). Venue fee also covers free games for the night! They have Blazblue, Street Fighters, MVC3 and other games. There may be a Nintendo Rep showing to hand out some official merchandise, but if not then she'll definitely be there in the future. There is also someone else who's selling buttons that look like the smash logo. Lots of cool stuff. This is going to be alot funner than Ooples.

I was planning on leaving at about 5:40 , but I might try getting their a little earlier, assuming set-ups are already, well...set up. wouldn't want to go there and find out I didn't like their game selection and have to wait an hour or more for things to start, as unlikely as that probably is.

I can start hosting some smashfests at night. They could start at 9pm and would have to be over by 1am during the week(damn crazy work schedule), with more flexibilty to run late on weekend. Ive got a sweet media room which works great for one set-up, but not well for multiple set-ups. Also, I live far from most you guys. I'm up 281 on TPC parkway. Maybe some people could carpool.

My goal would be to get at least 4 people so we could do both round robin 1v1s and 2v2s. Who might be interested, and what night(s) are best?

We definitely made headway at RikRic Otaku Cafe with LoS4. For the most we had in a weekly with 11 setups for 34 entrants, we finished fairly within the time frame of 10PM. The smaller tables did make it a bit difficult to hold two setups, but made do for something they bought within days of the tourney. With time, we'll be able to mold our venue into an ideal arrangement. I tested their ethernet cable for streaming and was able to get a decent flow going, but my laptop was unable to handle having an extended desktop to their larger TV at the same time. So I opted to record only so that we could have a larger viewing experience for the venue. I'm pretty sure Santi's setup is powerful enough to handle such a thing and commentate. A friend let me borrow her laptop and I'll try to compare the specs but I really just want to put all that faith into Santi. He should be going next weekly anyways.

Crashman - Grew too much to my Monkey Flip Kicks that I kept Monkey Flip Grabbing your shields. Like to see more of your namesake Bombs. And lemons just kill all my approaches.

Kev / SilentAssassin - Got my rematch since SAM1. I kept it closer this time around, though those early SDs gave me that slight edge to a win. Your specials still catching me off guard, though Punch and Headbutt didn't get too much playtime.

Megafox - So what's the results, Doc? AIDS or ebola?

Mindless - You got me back hard from LoS1. I am ashamed for losing my double jump during your up-tilt chain. Ground game got me under pressure, but I need to be taking more risks in confirming kills off stage. Not using my tools well today.

Kyro - Good to see the brotha around again. Ness is someone I definitely should try to contest. Thanks for all the tips, gave me a clearer direction in understanding how I'm perceiving my current state of mind. Curve the habits I must.

Otaku Cafe for providing more than we expected for our first usage of the venue. I think this relation can remain strong for the months to come.

This works perfectly for me. I would definitely attend. Most nights during the week work for me. I prefer tue or wed. But it really doesn't matter for me.
