Speaking of Tweetch, he's in the rotation. And I don't think he's been in the rotation at all since I started LoL in June.
I doubt he'll get anything in the near future, but my main mindsent when an abnormal character, like say Vlad or Twisted Fate, is in the previous rotation. I always think some nerfs or buffs are on there way.
Vlad with his Legendary skin then the Spell vamp quints being made is basically A secret buff, and the increased range and PAC on TF being a slight buff as well.

I guess cheers for hoping Twitch gets a buff.

Several arrows later, I misfired and shot an arrow to the side of Paw's cranium. So. much. blood. He sat down. He smiled. I woke up. Thought to myself. "Shots. F***ing. Fired."
