K Prime, they're making premade 3v3/5v5 into a Ranking thing on LoL.
Team captain is able to manage the group, and the group is treated as a single unity on the ELO Rankings for premade.

Sounds pretty cool. What would our team be?

The thing I told Paw about at Beros's house, the rumor was true. They're releasing Ranked Teams for Season 2. You can add any number of players, and your team has a "Team ELO" rating. As long as you have 5 members of your team ready to play, you can do ranked as a group. We've got at least 8 players in SA, why not make an SA team for fun?

And Captain's job is adding members and managing the team in general, from what I understand.
