Oh thanks Grim, it's nice to have someone show me possible improvements of my playstyle, especially at this stage when I should be taking the game seriously =)

Will practice the n-air OoS timing, implement crouch cancelling and work on edge guarding.

ok i liked what grim did for you apollo, so i am going to do my own :D

0:29- just don't f-smash
0:35- yea best options is to waveland for the regrab, but usmash on battlefireld works if i'm not mistaken
0:44-shame you missed the chase, shield gab after things like dtilt.
0:59- chase him, could have faired for the stock there. but you cleaned it up right after anyways ^_^
1:07- didn't mean to be condescending XD
1:24- i know you were trying to walk off bair
1:58- the very tip of ftilt is invinsible and if timed can intercept fox's up b
internet stopped working. great job getting that far in melee! you are getting better with every game :)
general advice:
your spacing is good. so compliment it by using wavedashing f-tilts, and grabs.
grab more, then dthrow, then chase di with a wavedash. react to tech by either jabresetting or regrab. apparently uthrow is good for techchasing options but i don't know much about that.

a Fox like Ghost (he doesn't pressure shields very well).
 I'm not that bad at shield pressure....

I don't have much to add to what Grim said except for at 6:07, which is basically one of the only situations where you'd want to change into zelda. (Slower falling speed and longer Up-b would have saved your stock there)

And don't counter-pick to Brinstar :p

None of the PC tourneys are Smash ;)
There is a players choice comp also (meaning whatever people want to play on the day) and:

Community games
Get 8 willing participants for a game that we are not already doing and we will run a tournament for it and even supply a prize (probably only something small).

If you can definatly bring a copy of SSF4 (does it require save data?) I can probably add that to the list.
Techa also might want to run a side tourney or 2 like DJ Hero 2, Perfect Dark, Blur or something.
There should be plenty of other comps, to vote post here: http://www.streetgeek.com.au/portal/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=65970#65970

Also those that are coming to the next event can you please register on the website as it helps us plan for numbers and about how much food the chef should be cooking (there is a food option in registration).

i would gears. might even be at my place. thinking of having one on the 28th for when marc is here but unfortunately it relies on 1-2 people bringing setups. marc is bringing a tv because mine lags for melee :(

I almost forgot about this again, but for coming 2nd at sg didn't i win like a console ticket for reloaded?
Yes that's right! I forgot to bring it on the day, so it's fine if I give it to you next sg?

It's for stand 11 if you're bringing a computer with you.

So um a couple of things about the schedule...

Do we really have to run Brawl and Melee singles at the same time? I think it would be easier if we allocated all the smash TVs to one game or the other (at least until finals).

And brawl doubles should probably be run on the Saturday as well, since many people don't show up on the Friday night.
(And if doubles does end up being run on the Saturday we need to make sure to actually finish it before starting the other smash tournies, as otherwise it never gets finished, as it's almost impossible to have all 4 players be free at the same time otherwise)

Also since we can have community game tournaments or whatever, what do people think about a SSB64 tourney?

I have a question for everyone who knows anything about computers

Does anyone know where I can get a gaming PC built? I'm talking about the ones that have water cooling and look awesome. With high end ... everything lol (and how much is it going to cost me?)

I would build it myself but I have never built one before and would hate to waist money due to something lame like me breaking a part.

ALSO

Why is this board dead? :c

Everyone is invited to a smash meet at my place on the 28th to celebrate marc being in town (let's get a melee tourney going.) Oli will hopefully come and bring a tv, marc said he will bring a tv. we might have enough setups for it to work at my place. and if it doesn't end up working out i believe jamage said that it would work at his house which is very much appreciated. PM me for my address :)

Can I run a MvC3 tourney if I bring it, instead of SSF4? I'm sure most people here would be interested in it. :D
