Antho - If I fly in on the Saturday morning 9am will someone be able to get me from the airport, and will I make it in time for the tournament that way?

Also, am I flying into Brisbane airport or Gold Coast?

Brisbane would probably be better. You can hop on the train, get to central station, then get to the bus station. Catch a bus to the venue from there.

I don't know if anybody would be able to pick you up or not.
If you can try to make it the same time as David, you'd be able to hitch a ride with him possibly.

Otherwise, you might be late for Melee doubles though

$200 return isn't too bad, but brisbane may be cheaper, not 2 sure (if that is the price with all the tax and stuff)

Gold Coast airport is a bad idea unless you have someone to pick you up.

You are seriously better off spending the extra money on Brisbane airport flights.

Gold Coast airport = suck, in the same kind of suck as Avalon, connectivity wise. Everyone should be flying into Brisbane if possible.

Just to remind people, we're going to have both a projector set up and epic recording equipment.
People are encouraged to bring their own recording equipment as well.

In the event that I can obtain a second projector (depends on work), I'll use it for displaying pools.
