Thanks in advance. I will be bringing: A gamecube, a WII, Melee, Brawl, spare controllers and POSSIBLY a TV. My cousin will also bring these things. Will master hand be allowed in this tournament? (lol) I heard that he was in an american tournament!

In the mean time I'll answer a few questions.

1. Yes, you're well and truly signed up now. I really need to get rid of the poll, lol. I just want signups in the sign up thread.

2. Venue Fee money will be taken at the doors. The way the tournament entry fee will be taken needs to be worked out, but it will probably be a ticket system that you'll buy at the door as well.

3. You'll get a $5 discount for bringing all of that equipment. Good stuff!

4. Master Hand I don't think I'll allow on the following grounds
a. In a stock match he kinda breaks the game
b. Even so, he's simply the worst character in the game
c. Most importantly, it's quite difficult to select him using the glitch, and I don't want tournament time wasted on selecting him.

5. I have a TV with inputs and outputs that we could definitely use. For sure man

Yeah, I'm very eager. This is the first tournament I've been to and I'm pretty competitive when it comes to smash. LOL, I just checked the calendar and I'm in luck because school ends the day before the tournament! I'll have to do some testing with the recording device to make sure it works with a 60FPS game. We will also bring mario kart double dash because its the only way to change melee back to 60FPS is someone accidently selects 50FPS on a gamecube. Will there be policies about uploading recorded matchs to the internet?

actually, if the gamecube is set to 50hz, you can change it with melee by holding down B after turning on the gamecube. It will then ask you again whether yu want 50 hz or 60hz. No need for mario kart
