D2 Comes to an End

So, as the sun began to set, the entire town gathered around the rusty guillotine to see the public execution of Gordito. Soon, the town was in an uproar.

"Off with his head!" - Yelled one
"Yeah, he was the one responsible for all the murders!" - Yelled another.

"Stop this madness! Gordito was a good man, he would never have hurt anyone! Open your eyes!" - Screamed a woman from the crowd














But it was too late.



















In the confusion, the rusty guillotine had been dropped, slicing jaggedly through Gordito's neck.

The town simply grimaced and turned away, trying to convince themselves his death was swift and painless. However, looking at the condition of the Guillotine, this was likely far from the truth.

Gordito, Vanilla Townie has been Lynched!

Knowing what they had to do, the town removed Gordito's corpe and placed Smarg in the spot once inhabited by their dear friend. There had been enough bloodshed that night, but they convinced themselves that what they were doing was for the best and resolved to finish the deed the next night.

Smargaret has been thrown upon the Rusty Guillotine!

With that the town members returned for their homes, praying that they would not fall victim to the atrocities of the Night.

I know some of you may be thinking I may be the true scum, for my mistake when I cc'd. That was a true mistake. It was an easy one to make.

It would be better for me to be lynched, because then I wouldn't be nk'd (I think) and I'd have that much more time to talk. You will know I am town since the game wouldn't be over.

Also, I wouldn't vote ToMorrow. Sorry guys, that's as bad as me voting myself. Nor would I vote myself toDay. Lynch Cello tommorow.

If I'm lynched toDay and the game is still going, it's obvious that only one of me/smarg was scum. Then, I'd be wasting my vote on you, because I'm giving scum room to breathe vote wise. (which is why I won't vote tomMorow)

But, I'll leave my vote toDay.

You're high. Did you not pay attention to anything said yesterDay? smargaret's analysis? (I didn't either, but that's beside the point)

If we mislynch toDay, then we lose if smargaret isn't scum (she isn't, probably), since toMorrow would leave us with 4v2. Even if we put scum on the Guillotine, we go to 2v2, which means they can force a No Lynch, and kill that Night (since the factional kill isn't stopped by the lynch). 1v1. Since scum cannot be stopped from attaining a majority by forcing another NL then NKing, scum wins on our 3rd mislynch rather than our fourth.

Conversely, if we lynch scum now (even if it was yesterDay), then we have another mislynch available (the third promised by Xiivi) since scum cannot force two No Lynches. 5v1 toMorrow will go to 3v1 with my being placed on the Guillotine.

Even if you believe me to be/are trying to portray me as scum, it is empirically better to lynch Ranmaru before me. If I were scum, then my faction would lose regardless. If you continue this pursuit, when I am lynched toMorrow, then I shall vote you on Day 5 and NEVER take it off. I've said this before, but I mean it now.

Which is why you'd want me lynched before you, so that your faction doesn't lose (as scum). Also, you are being selfish.

You didn't seem to fight for anything else in this game. You vote hopped everywhere, and now you strongly believe in voting me before you. You obviously weren't for the plan of voting me and Smarg back to back. You yourself said you'd be the second lynch, now it's me? Why?

Also, why do you think J tried to shut July down? J said that she should make a case. Then, said cases were scummy (to intimidate July into not making a case)

I then asked J why this was so, and he responded with "How is this relevant to the game?"

Yet you, Swords, didn't ask about that.

Alright, so thanks to getting lost in a museum, I get some time to post this morning lol.

@J (referencing question before thread closed): Both you and Ryker's reads, just because both of you agree on everything, even if you are town J, that doesn't mean you are right. The only person who can convince me that Ran is not scum is Ran himself. And even if you don't think Ran is scum, why make it so clear yesterDay that he wasn't a suspect? I would have liked to go into toDay with Cello and Ran both still on their toes, but you guys made it very clear who you wanted gone toDay and gave Cello time to work on his defense.

@Ran: We didn't get to hear from you during twilight, what did you think about the Smarg lynch? How do you feel about J and Ryker holding hands? Also, at your question about masons, since its an open set-up I would say there are no masons.

@Cello: Why are your 1309 and 1320 written from the pov that Ran is town? If you are so sure that Smarg was town, why not make her the main character in your what if scenarios?

Also, your 1326. Can you please explain exactly what lynch order you are advocating there and how your lynch order has changed since the Smarg lynch.

About the Smarg lynch. I think her lynch allows me to be able to scumhunt others instead of being on the guillotine and trying to get her lynched.

Of course, I'm also ok with myself being lynched. Yet I wouldn't push for it myself if people believe me, because I don't want to be selfish and be a myslynch.

J and Ryker have been very obvious about it. If it wasn't for the roleblocker, I might have voyeured one of them.

Also as I have been re-reading the thread, I'd also think one of a Swords/J being scum. That is why I'd like Swords to reply to the quote I quoted.

Also Cello has ignored me when I asked him about that.
