Harry because he was one of the few original IP´s that was created for Virtual Boy and it can be a character that can match with Little Mac, even they can share the stage ring and will be pretty suit to play as a Robot that has a height of 3,20 cm XD.
The specific quote Sakurai used I think he was referring to every character that has appeared in the Smash Bros. series at this point. So he may not be just referring to Brawl's roster, but also Melee's one as well.

What with how Sakurai implemented Wario content in Brawl, you can't really blame them.
Yeah...Wario and his stage were awesome, but the lack of Wario trophies was really something. No mention of the Wario Land games at all, and even Wario Ware seemed to be neglected in the trophies save for Kat&Ana, and the Wario Bike.

Other than no Shoulder Bash. No Shoulder Bash in Wario's moveset is a fail.
I personally also like that Project M puts classic yellow Wario as default. If by some magical reason Waluigi is in Smash 4, I will be so mad if he still has the WarioWare outfit by default hahah

I actually like his biker outfit way more than his original costume. It is so much more... METAL! However, I do like baby Wario, his original costume with pale blue and pale pink. That is hilarious.

As do I. There is something magical about his classic look. Also, something about Wario next to Mario on Project M's roster just sounds "awesome."
What about a purple Jigglypuff? I don't know if it would work!
If it's different from the playable Jigglypuff and has no effect on her inclusion then I'll accept a purple Jigglypuff hazard.

RidleyPuff is going to be the stage hazard. Jigglypuff would be the playable character. She isn't too big like RidleyPuff.
