In my opinion, the best roster for Zelda series would be: Link, Zelda / Sheik, Ganondorf, Toon Link, Impa and Tingle.

Those are all the recurring characters in the series and the ones with the most importance, so I think it makes sense.

Still, I would like Ghirahim as a playable character in Smash. Guess I'll have to wait and see...

It was certainly the best Zelda game released among the pool of the GCN, Wii, GBA, and DS.

I do think that technically Young Link could still be in the running if the next 3DS Zelda ends up being Majora's Mask 3D, or if the next 3DS Zelda uses an entirely new "child Link". As with everything else, we are just going to have to wait until E3.

There are people that will say they want the character, even if it sucks. Though I question this mentality, considering having a character being worth the effort is more satisfying in the long run. Wanting a character even if it sucks? Nah, you should want a character and push it to be good.

This was almost amazing.

But sadly there is no Ridley or Palutena.

There are people that will say they want the character, even if it sucks. Though I question this mentality, considering having a character being worth the effort is more satisfying in the long run. Wanting a character even if it sucks? Nah, you should want a character and push it to be good.

Well I mean, it's not like anyone is asking for a sucky character, just they don't care if they end up sucking.

Also, make Tingle playable. I want. So. Bad. He fits in perfectly, and is one of those characters that just would make for an interesting playstyle. He fits in So WELL

Technically it's Vanpool and Nintendo EAD that develops the Dillon's Rolling Western games. From what I understand some of the staff that developed the Super Mario Galaxy games were involved with the games.

EDIT: On the issue of Tingle's "hatebase", if Sakurai really cared about it, Tingle would not have even been an Assist, let alone a trolling Assist that is deliberately made to piss people off.

Erm, quick question, but are you me? I've been huffing and puffing about the same stuff every time this stupid topic comes up. Especially the part where Marth is the only character that matters, I've said that a handful of times too.

Ew no. Only Palutena and Shulk should talk (I like the idea of having a character with a British accent). The rest should just grunt or groan like Bowser or Link.
