Not gonna lie, Code Geass as a show was rather mediocre, though incredibly entertaining, but Lelouch as a character has to be one of the best written characters I've come across in anime and manga in quite a long time.

Marth, Ike, Chrom, Roy fire emblem roster. I don't think anybody besides this 4 has a chance, an if one doesn't make it its because not enough slots.
But anyways, to answer my own question from earlier, to say who I think is LIKELY, As in shoe in bam kindof characters. I would start with Little Mac. For obvious reasons.
Next stop Palutena. She's a retro/recently rebooted character, and Sakurai did the reboot. I mean...come on. Then I would say Chrom. New character, and the star of one of the first world widely popular FE games. After Chrom....my opinion is Dillon. I think the eShop is going to get a rep. Nintendo loves it. They ***** it out pretty good, and it makes them a good bit of money. Dillon is currently the first eShop character to have a sequel as well. Oh and I recall Sakurai saying something about wanting new, cool, original characters too so. That.

Beyond these there are none who I feel as certain about. I wish I could have put Pacman here very strongly, but some people prefer Diçk Dirving and his double wield dongs. Lol
Also, wanted to put Tingle. But dem damn westerners. Besides me.

Hopefully nobody takes offense; but this thread is disgusting. Please try to keep conversations focused on character discussion. People like me who haven't been here in awhile -- and are only here due to Spring Break reprieve -- cannot possibly keep up.

Now, having said that. I'm actually really interested in the poll Shorts has going on at Reddit. Though I am not too familiar with that site, he seems to be getting a lot of votes. What I would really like to see is all of the results averaged out, whenever time permits. He doesn't get a lot of commendation, but he is doing a heck of a job sampling the various fan bases around the net (about time someone's initiative on this board paid off). Keep up the good work Shorts.

This is a pretty good assessment. Given the fact that Chrom is building his own support with Roy still hanging around, pushes some of the post-Brawl FE leftovers out of the picture. The Fire Emblem situations is much less complicated than it was during the Nsider/Gamefaqs heyday of Brawl.

I remember Ike being very common on Brawl's online, mainly because of lag ****ing up everything and causing people to accidentally fall into forward smashes. Then again, people are morons.

The Fire Emblem situations is much less complicated than it was during the Nsider/Gamefaqs heyday of Brawl.

Pre-Brawl the FE situation was pretty chaotic (along with Pokemon).

The only thing conflicting this time are the Mario guys (Toad, Bowser Jr., Paper Mario, Waluigi), and people are not really fanboyish about them outside maybe the Waluigi fans.

Personally I find the beginner friendly characters to be kind of dull. Maybe it's because I kind of like characters with notable learning curves, because bypassing obstacles with a character feels more satisfying. Like it shows that you actually know about the game and use it to your advantage.

I had a friend give me Sunshine it was so bad. The Fludd stuff is terrible. The levels are not engrossing and they are annoying on top of that. The dock level especially stunk having to scale platforms and then falling all the time. It was horrible. There was no unique enemies, boss fights, etc. Only boss that was memorable to me was Petey Piranha in the first level (which maybe the only level I found interesting). The Carnival level stunk too.
