yeah, just be alert of Squirtle's aerials and set up brick walls [when recovering, use fairs but pull back slightly enough so you don't have too much horizontal momentum so you're less open to punishment when your fairs miss] IIRC Squirtle's running grab is really really good, but it's been months since I used Squirtle. At high damage his dthrow(I think? bthrow? w/e) is ridiiiculous and will KO horizontally
With Charizard, it's mostly general Vs. Charizard stuff to watch out for:
Rock Smash is shockingly safe [good Charz will use this only when they know they can land it, so lasers will be out of the question] and don't try to DI through Charizard's fire, you'll eat like 100dmg if you're ********. It's not like Bowser's flame in Melee
lol Ivysaur hahaha...he'll bair a lot, try to foolishly set up for bullet seed with nairs that'll never touch you, and if you play against people who care about cheapness with edgehogging, 1) get new friends and/or 2) (gyro in hand) jump out high while they recover, they WILL go below or airdodge, you throw the gyro at the stage, it'll hit them in the middle of their upB, you upB and grab ledge, GG and your friends hate you a little less
