EDIT: Sake has passed away. A sad day for the Smash community, and all we can do is mourn, pray, and wish his friends and family the best.

Original Blog Entry

http://allisbrawl.com/blogpost.aspx?id=108607&page=1

I've never been a bloggy type of person, but I've been surprised that there has been no talk about this, so I'm making one to fix that.

I don't know the guy, and I'm sure plenty of you don't either. However, I do feel that as part of the smash community, AiB or SWF, we need to show our support, thoughts, and prayers for a fellow smash player.

For those of you who are too lazy to read the blog entry, Sake is a Snake player from SoCal who is currently being treated for bacterial meningitis. This is some serious stuff that is usually life threatening. Unfortunately, his brain has shown signs of swelling, but we can still hope he pulls through in the end.

I would personally like to add to those would be future college students to get your meningitis shot(s) ASAP. Again, this is a serious condition, and while rare...it can happen to anyone as proven.

That's all for now.

You guys are seriously the best. It's made pushing through these days much easier.

He's stable now, i believe. =]
Regardless, I hope you get better soon, Sake.

He'll be fine, Snake's recovery is amazing.

To be a bit more serious though, I hope he has a safe and speedy road to recovery. I've gone through something similar to that and it's definitely not easy. Best wishes, Sake.

This is so depressing. May he R.I.P. and I do send my wishes and regards to his family and friends.

Really hope the Smash community comes together for this one.

You know, YOU MUST RECOVER. But... Sometimes... Life just puts that extra bit of hitstun on you, and you just can't... You just... can't.....

Rest in peace, Henry, "Sake", the Snake player... I may not have known you, but my condolences are with the family and friends that you were in touch with, and I hope for the best for them. Now at least your suffering has ended.

My after thought is but, reflection on my life as I or any of us can be gone now or the next moment. To God be the glory. I send my condolences beyond the touch of the internet and to the hearts of all who have connected with Sake. Rest in Peace brother...even though I knew you not we are apart of the same. Take a moment of silence. One love.
