Well, you have a little typical 13-year-old relationship! Good luck and dont get too caught up in it :D Because younger teen relationships (...and most teen relationships in general) never end up being TOO serious, honestly.

As for myself, relationships aren't my thing. Too much drama. And I don't have time/patience/desire to be all mushy-gushy-romantic.

Three weeks and already the I love yous.
I guess people feel, "Those who fall too quickly fall out quickly." Which may or may not be true in situations. So same case with you.
I have friends whom most of the time say, "I love you" like a week or a few days after and the relationship tends to never work out. It's because the relationship is moving too fast and isn't being build up slowly.
See it as... you have foundation where you can build a house. Well, to build a good house you should start slowly and work slow at each parts to make sure the house doesn't fall down or any leaks when it rains. Welp, if you are working too fast on a house you'll surely miss a lot of things, right? Because you've worked too fast so there are a lot of holes and mistakes. So allowing things to progress slowly works the same way.
But, you're young, naive, and don't know anything and welp, that's a start to growing up. So I'm not going to say you're wrong. Just good luck and all will be well. Things will happen, but you'll just mature and learn more that way.
