Panelists are needed to analyze things, and they have to be players that are knowledgable about the region.
what will you analyze? i'm not saying this to be a jerk i'm just curious what you're going to analyze. tiers? player growth? size of tourneys? the power rankings isn't that important really, since it is so volatile. like inui you could beat say chillin and neo one week, and then lose to chu dat and plairnkk the next week, but chillin could beat both of them in the same tourney etc. so thats why im curious what else you'll analyze.

Results. Who beats who. Who loses to who. Skill opinions. Etc.

All of that stuff has be discussed to make a good list.

IMO...

The Blue Battle Curcuit's point distribution is a pretty good example of how to judge a player. The stronger players have more points than the weaker players. Players that are getting better are slowly accumulating points. Players that aren't playing that much stagnant, and other players pass them. You can get a pretty good understanding of some of the players level from looking at the amount of points players have in total, how many they get when they attend a tournament, and the rate at which they get points.

That's only applicable to players that have been to the same amount. Mew2King is only 6th in total points, for example. teh_spamerer is below players like Blue and Shadow in points.

That's why I included "how many they get when they attend a tournament," the amount a player gets per tournament they attend means something, doesn't it?

M2K clearly doesn't attend every tourny, but the ones he does allots him the max amount of points.

It's ok to spend tons of money on the game.

it's ok to spend hours practicing, and at tournys.

But its not ok to discuss who's better:(

Dm logic= heartbreaking.
