Well considering that we were just offering our input on this I don't really see why you feel the need to throw that kind of stuff out.

We might not be the people that win tournaments but we still go to them because we enjoy the competitive environment and we're not trying to make a point or prove you wrong about whatever thoughts you have about our state.

Now then, it is true that the Wilmington and Dover groups do tend to go to different areas so I'll let either Nick Nasty or another DE player decide where you feel we are more active.

I don't think anyone from DE could, unless we're counting Ultima. Even then, it's a long shot. Up for the challenge there, Ultima?

I think Ultima should be considered for power rankings, But DE should have someone in the top 25. im not sure, certainly not me. Im friendly with everyone here and I think we should all think about the truth of this. Anyone can lose to anyone on any day.

Yeah, which is why DE doesn't have anyone that can be ranked at this time.

I have been to several Brawl tournaments. Those were CH3, Chu's first Final Biweekly and Hat's Catonsville biweekly. Granted, the only one I actually did okay in (if you can call it that) is Hat's biweekly where I got 17th out of 40 something people. I am more active in Melee, but I want to be as active for Brawl if I can.

Inui I understand. No one can from DE can be on the ranking because of those main factors. So if DE became much more active in Brawl and became well know/good enough to consistently place then eventually someone could be on the rankings list?

DE used to be all up in MD/VA tourneys, like chus and critical hits... havent seen a lot of them lately though. echos and tru and cronux and that whole crew were around. i still miss fleurs!!!

Xell, and friend of mine, and I just got back from Hat's biweekly. We beat E and Yoshter and then went on to beat Tantalus and his friend.

I beat the only other Wario main in singles and a Lucas/Wario player, too.

I got 17th in singles (Xellos too), and 13th in teams.

Just saying. We beat someone who was more known than we were, which was a big win in my book, since I'm terrible, lol.

Also, I guess I'm offering my vote for MD/VA grouping for DE.

My friend was mostly a scrub, and it was the second time he's ever played team brawl ever in his entire life, so I give him props, because we almost beat you guys that day.

Still- EE and Yoster and Myself are kind middle of the pack, plus Metaknight was banned, or you probably wouldn't have beaten yoster. You guys should come up more and practice! We'd love to have more competition.

Warrior of Zarona, I think it's pretty much decided that DE would like to be placed with MD/VA instead of the Tristate area for Brawl. In the next couple of months we're going to try as hard as we can to attend MD/VA tournaments as much as possible so that at least 1 person from DE can possibly be on the rankings list with enough effort. Some of us, like myself, go to the tristate for Melee. However, that's irrelavant to this thread.

Woz for placing in top 25 in either region i think it is very much so possible(some of us have ranked decently in the few tournies we've been to but no-one new we were DE haha!) that we can accomplish that and have been working DILIGENTLY on setting up a venue in DE as well (thanks mostly on xells part)

also seeing that there seems to be a bit of hatred toward DE is actually a very good thing seeing that if we seperate officially this should cause alot more competition in the long run =)

also aside from the venue I hold mini DE tournies and a training fests as well for newcomers =)

Oh olmost forgot

Delaware is a state

also we can compose a list of our own we have alot of DE players now as of the past year or so strangely enough =)

also,just like the ec circuit i plan on having a circuit for DE exclusively wich will contain both melee and brawl. hopefully this will help DE become even bigger than it has become within the past year.

and regardless even if DE doesnt get a panel that is fine just as long as ppl know we really are a serious group that wants DE to expand and be recognized by its fellow states =)

Why do we need panelists anyways? I'm pretty sure I can list the top 15 players in this region fairly easily. It's not hard, and besides like M2K and Azen always being at the top it will change every week.
