I guess it's a horse? In the same way Sonic is a hedgehog, but still, if you showed this thing to me without context I think horse would be my last guess. The scarf and longish hair look nice though.

6/10, though it follows the artstyle of the Luncheon Kingdom, it would take a moment to realise that it's even a gigantic hunk of meat at all.

He reminds me a lot of a combination of Spongebob and the big Thwomp guys in that Mario 64 level... I'm gonna say a 6/10 because whilst the design is cool and captures that "Mother weirdness," it feels a little less fleshed out to me than other enemies in the series.
