Quick thing I glimpsed in the matches with sonic. His Dthrow is punishable. Control stick down, then tech. If you have a fast enough move (which snake does) you can attack sonic before he can do anything. Universal with every character against sonic except jigglypuff if I recall correctly.

After messing around with Falco and Snake with frame advance codes, I love our jab so much more than Falco's <3 We actually have true combos with it given no SDI.

Anyway, what has been your favorite movies of late to watch. The only recent one I saw was Harry Potter VII Pt. 2

The last two movies I saw was Inception and Kick ***. I wanna see Rise of the Planet of the Apes. I hate movie theaters though; I can't stand people talkin on their phone, talkin constantly to their friends, or texting on their phone with the light distracting me. I rage hard.

Go early in the morning. I see few people who are willing or have the time to go in the early hours for one. Usually it is an afternoon type of thing to see a movie. Also, anyone with general sense might think the same thing and go to the theater in the morning. In that case, you might expect those people to have more sense about shutting up in a film.

Eh idk. I've never had that problem lol. I go to movie theaters in the mall or this one local one and i never have issues with ppl XD

Xmen and HP were pretty legit. I plan on seeing captain of america also.

I must not see a lot of movies o.0 Because I have never had this happen before. I have had plenty of times where people talk behind you in a low whisper or the tall person in front of you. But not that.

Hahah YES! I get this all the time. It's mostly the theaters in the city - Boston. I don't mind occasional whispering and dealing with tall people is ok since it's not like they're being tall on purpose. But when I do go, I deal with mainly jerks who do what TC described - narrate ****. "Oh don't pick up yo cell phone!" "Oh no that zombie is chasing him! Run! Oh look he running like a beast!" I can see that he's running. I don't need your **** sucking mouth to tell me that. /rage

I like some Touhou music, but I really wanna play their games before I get deep into their music. The hell bullter shooters look too crazy on youtubz though. I dunno if there's an easy mode, but the small hurtbox in the sprite makes it look THAT much harder.

there is an easy mode, personally I got into touhou specifically because the hard modes are so stupid though lol

Are there freeware Touhou games or are they purchasable only? I'd like to try out the main series just to see what it is like.

Etecoon is still with us. Even in retirement, you never stop maining snake :p

so i just found out that only 3/4s of one match in my recent set against tibs was recorded...

easily the best set i have ever played, and the first time either one of us had 3-0d the other.

gay.

Then you know what you must do. You have to reenact the entire set all over again and record it :p Still, you have at least part of it recorded.

Plus, Touhou topics in a Snake forum. Metal Gear Solid and Touhou meet xD

The Unity Ruleset heavily favors all high tier characters. I'm heavily against the banning of Brinstar/Rainbow because of the effect it'll have on the metagame for characters such as Diddy/Falco who traditionally do not play well on that stage. Linear based characters will receive a buff in that case. Snake does pretty well on both stages, as long as it isn't against MK. =p

I'm still seeing brinstar/RC up there. Unless there is current discussion in having those two stages banned.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if brawl someday becomes another melee. The situations where no one plays the lower tiered characters except for B tier and up. Plus, we end up with a stage list where it is all neutrals for the most part. The reason for a lot of stage banning discussion seems to be the same reason. Fox's antics on a lot of melee stage or MK's antics on a lot of brawl stages.

Calvo, I didn't see any. Although, I have not played any of the games except MGS2/3 and not for some time now.

Brinstar and Rainbow haven't been removed, it's just people outside the BBR-RC have been wanting it done. We discussed it in the RC and we had a majority against removing the stage. Apex [NonUnity] is not going to have them, and PS2, if I recall. There are also a few other tournaments that are trying no Brinstar or Rainbow. At the moment, players are trying to find a way to get around the growing public movement [70+% in favor] for the removal of Meta Knight. Most of the regions that are trying to remove the stages are very MK centric.
