In the first place, stalling is widely banned, so not useful anyway.

This does not sound like a good idea. I just have a feeling that somebody somewhere is going to footstool you. Plus, this doesn't help against MK either =(

Plus, the timing gets smaller and smaller as you increase in percentage. It just isn't a good idea. I would rather just stay on the stage and do a dthrow then mortar slide away and stall that way.

Actually, it should get easier as you start to increase percents and fly farther faster in theory. The solution is brawl's buffer system. Detonate a C4 at high percents and press and release the shield button shortly before detonation and the next thing Snake should perfer is a tech on the stage.

With this method I went from 300% to 600% on the stage without fault. I have problems teching after 200-300% after that it's seems to be buffer the tech and your good to go.

I've only seen it enforced once, and it was at No Koast v2. A MK hit someone once, they had 11%. He stalled the entire 8 min. out. He was no doubt kicked out.

Basically when you glide under the stage you cant glide under it again unless you land back on the stage. Apparently it takes away a very important recovery option for Pit against chars with good edgeguard like MK.

It's already being enforced in NE tourneys
